actually, i am not affected i work in alabang where you know, coding is not an issue.
but its just that, i hate to think that this dick puss (combined with crabs) got it all wrong. instead of helping the "real general public" its the interest of obviously the PUV Company that he is protecting.
Why? it's obvious that the LTO, MMDA, LTFRB et.al are not in sync with each other. LTO or LTFRB issues franchise to too many PUV. then this PUV will pile up in any intersection they could find 9kahit naliligo pa sa bahay inaantay makarating sa guadalupe tulay).

everyone knows it is the easiest solution, because the units are easily identified thru common sense means.
i once counted the number of passengers in the typical edsa bus.. i was lucky if i counted more than 15 passengers per bus.. we CAN afford to let many buses off the edsa..

Cguro it might be worth mentioning na ung kotong sa private cars is barya kesa sa automatic na lagay ng mga PUV's. Kaya mas madami magPUV mas lalaki kita nitong mga tangang to.

Yan din akala ko nun una, but I doubt it since there would be ending numbers that would have 3 coding days like 3,4,5,6,7,8 and 1,2,9,0 would only have two so hindi patas. They did state na new number coding scheme so I assume yun luma will be changed. If I'm wrong, naknang, ayusin niya yan at unfair.

I bought a new ride last June and told the dealer I want a license plate ending in 6. Because of the proposed new number coding scheme I informed the dealer yesterday I want a plate ending in 3 instead. He said it will cost me P1,700 to change. Where will the money go since I don't have a plate number yet not even in the next couple of months?

Sadya talaga ginawang ma-traffic ang ilalim ng LRT para mapilitan kang sumakay ng tren kesa mag jeep or gumamit ng car.
Malamang same thinking was done in EDSA, para ung mga tao mas piliin ang MRT kesa gumamit ng ibang means of transport.
Pero ung line ng LRT2 (Recto to Katipunan), mas maayos kahit madami din jeep, ang traffic points nyan sa cubao at avenida ung ibang area maluwag naman.
