Dun kaya nilagay yung RFid?

They are really thick, because this devices contain rf receiver and transmitter circuitry and a coil. The coil catches the radio frequency emitted from a reader, converts part of it into power for the circuitry to be able to allow the id tag to transmit information back to the reader.

Have the LTO ever demonstrated how it is going to be used to the public??? This could just be an ordinary sticker for all we know.
Correct! This could just be another ordinary sticker. They should first do an actual demonstration on how the system works in public. Then get rid of the ricey "RFID LIKE SAFER ROADS" slogan on the sticker! I can live with a sticker in the middle of my windshield but with that slogan and design?! No no! I really think they're just fooling us to think there really is a microchip in the sticker. Even SIM cards with a little microchip embedded on it is thicker than the RFID sticker.

actually, nag early register nako last week, kelangan ko lang balikan within this week yung mga stickers. ang pinagtataka ko during my registration last week, walang ingay or ni hindi man lang ako sinabihan ng mga taga LTO doon about this RFID implementation. nagulat na lang ako this week na implemented na pala. now, i am thinking if i should wait till fri before i go back to them again to get my stickers, at least that would buy me time kung sakaling biglang i-suspend nga ito.
