LTO to implement RFID tags

to be honest, the intent is good naman, it's just that their way of doing it leaves a lot of debatable issues & loopholes to be manipulated, especially if this falls in the wrong hands. how can the government be so sure that this system won't backfire lalo na sa atin mga pobreng motorista? let me just cite one example, if one car is parked in a public space and this evil techie comes in, armed with his own version of scanner (a scanner is a scanner, no such thing as LTO exclusive scanner)... we can only imagine the possibilities this evil deeds can do to us. mas matatalino pa ang mga masasamang loob kesa sa mga andoon sa gov't offices natin e.

Last week Dec29 i went to LTO for early January registration of my car, that time wala pa daw available sticker. i called them today, meron na daw sticker kaya pwede ko nang balikan. i checked my OR, walang naka specify na RFID sa resibo, computer fee lang. baka mapa bayad pako ng additional RFID fee dito ah, holdap na naman. goodluck na lang sa akin tungkol dito, isa ako sa mga unang batch ng mga guinea pigs sa ka-lechehang to.

i bet yung mga normal Juans lang kaya nilang i-bully to do this. I dare them do this on the BMWs and MBs na high end. hassle talaga tong gobyerno na to!

may punto ka dito bro. kung mga normal na kotse lang yan, pwede pa nilang brasuhin. tingnan natin tigas nila sa mga high profile vehicles lalo na if owned by rich & influential personalities. not fair. i've never experienced such a crook and more anomalous government such as what we have now!:puke1:

di muna ako pa register this first week ng january. wait ko muna yun TRO or whatever discision lumabas SC. ok sana itong RFID but...alam naman natin san mapupunta ito. so obvious na sila.

RFID tags limited to:
Public utility vehicles.(jeepneys, bus, taxi, rental cars)
Emergency vehicles (police, ambulance, firetrucks)
All government vehicles
Vehicles registered to politicians and immediate families.

is it true? sana true na suspended yung implementation ng rfid. sayang kaya na basta nalang bubutasan yung tint.
