    And lack of law enforcement. Kung alam ng tao na kapag mahuli sila ay zero chance na makakalusot, makakasuhol, they will obey the law. Pero kung law abiding ka tapos karamihan ng kasabay mo ay traffic violators, tapos di pa hinuhuli kahit sa harap ng TE ginagawa yung violation, malamang mahahawa rin ang karamihan sa bulok na sistema.

    Example, yung yellow box sa intersections means bawal tumigil doon. Kapag mag change ang traffic light to red at nakabara ka roon ticket na dapat sa TE iyon. Kaso dito t*nga on nagt*t*ngahan mga TE at di iniisyuhan ng ticket yung lahat ng nakabara sa yellow box. Effect tutok yung mga drivers kapag alam nilang magpupula na ilaw kahit alam nilang aabutan sila ng pula sa loob ng yellow box. Ikaw naman law abiding trap sa mga nakabara. Kung mag green at bago ka makausad ay magrered, tapos alam mong tututok yung kabilang traffic bago mag red, ie di ka ulit makakausad. Ano gagawin mo, wait forever? So magagaya ka rin sa kanila.

    So the main control for ensuring discipline is stringent punishment for law violators.

    and allowing a driver who learned and qualified in AT, to drive a MT? i wouldn't want to be inside that car.. (well, actually, i was in one once.. i wouldn't want to experience that again..)
    How about the blind with professional drivers license, LTO is a agency with a lot of unqualified person to manage drivers and vehicle issues.

    mga sirs need ko lang ng clarification.. balak ko kasi kumuha ng motor. ang restriction kasi ng license ko ay 2. ang pagkakaintindi ko ay ang motor ay under ng 4500 kgs kaya pwede sya sa number 2? sabi sa page 5 ng thread, ay pwede daw kaso wag lang magpapahuli? pwede po ba talaga o hindi? salamat sa makakasagot..

    You need to have a restriction code 1 in order to drive a motor.
