Since our public transport didnt improve and actually further deteriorated (for whatever bare minimum we already had then), we had more and more transient workforce (people not living near where they work), and public not happy and given own option to get their own mode of transpo...

The answer is no, as even now, it the crawl frequently stretches past 'rush hour' in the late in the night. It used to only be around friday (in my recall), then even thursday as people opted to move going out on friday coz of traffic. Now, it's practically the whole week. Hehe.

We now do not have any sense of public transpo, only kanya kanyang transpo. Ü

Bahala si bus company a sa side niya, bawal pakialam ni bus company b, pero walang gawan din kay jeep franchise a and b.. Etc etc.

Kanya kanya backer, walang pansinan hanggang may pumutok. Ingay sandali mga 2 weeks max then dating gawi lang ulit. Ü

Edit: swerte na din naman ako since i work from home. Hehe.

they're not training to join the tour of luzon.

dok my proposal eh for all walks of life.

What im trying to point out eh sino ba mas nahihirapan araw-araw = yung mga nag-aantay sa gilid ng kalsada. No choice eh kasi asa sila sa public vehicles.

if you have an elevated bike lane around the metro, you have no excuse na hindi ka makapunta sa destination mo.

tsikoteers you have to analyze life outside the car.

bakit ang dami motorcyle ngayon = kasi ayaw matraffic, ayaw sumakay sa bus, jeep, taxi. They are taking action on their own.

Inintindi ba nila yung usok at baho? Naconcious ba sila? Naging deterrent ba ? Hindi!!!!

Umuulan nga dami nagmomotor nagraincoat lang yun parang palda type.

Why im proposing elevated bike lane sa edsa tapos interconnect sa metro. First mas madali gawin and you just need mga dalawang to tatlong lapad ng footbrige depende sa location. At kahit yung mga nasa laylayan the poorest of the poor makakaafford dahil bike no fuel no electricity.

Pero pag may exclusive elevated bike lane eh night and day sobrang safe yun. Ganun nung elemenatary days.

but i do not like yung mga motorcyle sa exclusive elevated road kasi disgrasya waiting to happen. Magliliparan yan kakarera lang.

i talked to several motorcycle drivers, why they were nag-momotor.
    "dahil hindi namin kaya mag-kotse."

a handful (actually, two) who could afford cars, said, "motors do better time in traffic".

bicycles? "because it's all we can afford."

i'm not against elevated bike lanes.
but i find it foolhardy, to expect it to solve our traffic issues.

Bikes wont solve, just reduce a persons use of petrol... Then when the advent of more proper ebikes come into play, you'd have another clash with lto whether they need to be registered as they are technically powered by a motor, although they are bikes. Hehe.

You can encourage biking, but you'd have to minimize the volume of a transient workforce. Meaning avoid working at least 2 cities away from where you live.
