Oh well, it's the law, and we all have to follow it unless the Supreme Court issues a TRO.

    EDIT:
Eh yung black plastic kung saan kumakapit yung clear cover pwede ba yun? not a frame per se nor a plate holder. And does not imped visibility in any way. Ito kasi yung gamit ko: 49.jpg

Sabit nga yan paps, walang memo sa kanila, paghinuli ka ang isasagot eh " as per Top gear or narinig sa radyo".. for me, I'll just follow the Law. bad trip din kasi hassle sa pagtubos ng licensya.

    Lols! Hahaha!

wow ang strict.. if thats the case then all the tricyles should not be allowed to travel.. is there an official manufacturer of the sidecars? most of the sidecars are made on the side of the roads around the country.. pati mga jeepneys. made in the side of the roads.. buti pala yun.. passado. heheh..

BS nga. Rim size. Can he state the allowable rim sizes of, say a Mitsubishi Lancer EX? Is it 15", 16", 17", 18" or all of the above? Sige... sagutin niya...

    -

HIDs should only be illegal if in non-HID housings.

    -

All comes back to this: The LTO doesn't have the competence or technical knowhow to decide what is legal or illegal, to enforce noise pollution statutes, safety regulations or to properly scrutineer vehicles.

They should just hire guys in the industry... hell... even form a partnership with the AAP to develop certification systems and centers to referee vehicle modification.

Otherwise, half of the government's emergency vehicle fleet, the Red Cross fleet, half the ambulances in the country, most of the local hearses and etcetera could be declared illegal. Many of the necessary modifications for these vehicles are done by specialists in independent garages and not certified "manufacturers" (ergo: jeepney assemblers with welders and pipe benders who have no other expertise).

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

Some of these provisions should be challenged in courts. It borders on our freedom. Some new regulations escape logic.

Ayun!!!!! Sapul !!!!! In the end, pera-pera lang yan. You wanna accessorize? Bigyan mo muna ng cut / porsyento ang namumulubing LTO. 100 pesos for roof rack installation, etc. etc. Legal way of extorting money, mabango pa sila sa pananaw ng ibang tao.

From BIR to BOC to LTO. Sobra na panggagatas.

no yellow plate available pa afaik. new design that is.

If this is enfored, traffic enforcers would probably flag down any car with obvious after market wheels though some OEM wheels has that "aftermarket look" already. Instant money for them
