ang tiyuhin ko is looking for a 2012-2015 Fortuner manual. Besides shocks ano ba ang dapat tingnan vehicle specific na usually nag kaka diperensya sa model na ito as they age?

Di lahat ng casa may ganyan. Dependa on the location of the casa. May local ordinance kasi that mandates collection of environmental fee...

Hi. Sorry, I should’ve been more specific. No budget really as I change all tires every 6 years as the car is rarely used anyways. What I’m after for is ride quality. Any suggestions? Or just stick with the oem (bridgestone)?

Nagpa check kasi ako sa isang automatic specialist and recommended niya po na i-overhaul na po and quote niya is 65K all in (a/t fluid filter, rebuilding kit, atf, labor). Ang tanong ko po is makatarungan po ba ito or should I canvass more?

if in doubt, "get a second opinion". or even, a third opinion.
kasi naman, if all three will tell you the same thing, it's probably the correct thing.

i had my altis' AT overhauled in DnR in sucat. the place was recommended to me by two independent sources.

Yes po doc, yung quote kasi ng isang reputable shop is 40k at eto naman is 65K all in. Ang laki kasi ng gap although yung nakalagay kasi sa papel is 65K for 1KD 4X4 Toyota Fortuner 2008 although hindi naman 4x4 yung akin and 2KD siya. Nagkamali yata pero I think mas mahal naman talaga ang 4x4 matic transmission. Tried calling them pero wala sila sagot. Will try other shops po to get third opinion.
