Hey guys, saw an actual unit on display at TQA CASKA 2Din DVD for our Toyota Fortuner HU with a tag price of P60,000. Very steep if you ask me, hoping this particular unit is available at Banawe. Herewith are some pic & spec of the unit;

we installed a similar unit like this on our CRV 1st gen. and the car backing display rocks. kahit madilim yun kalsada sa likod parang nokia night mode, na-illuminate nya hehehe

I read back the description of the sound you've been hearing. The way you described it, para palang airbrakes yung naka-install sa unit mo...

yes parang air brake...

meron din akong naencounter na sound coming from the brakes. pero myung sa akin ay hindi clicking sound but more like crunching sound. what they did at the casa is they lubricated the brake assembly. btw sa rear left side ko din naririnig yung sound.

yap the service advisor told me so , they lubricated the the shoe brake,
but the air sound coming from the front hood. , i dont if they has fix it

yun sa amin mounted just above the motor of the back windshield wiper. automatic mag-activate ang cam once you shift to reverse.

Ang galing pala niyan, meron kasi ako nakita ganyan camera.. another good project coming up.... kaya lang as usual pag makita sa Casa or may masira sa electricals, sabihin na naman nila void na warranty..... oh well at least i see it as a good investment.... heheh...

Malinaw ba ang camera pag nasa loob ang camera kasi may tint ang ride natin. yung sa fortunerclub sample nila bukas kasi tailgate kaya maliwanag...

Guys! bibili ako ng rims for my fortuner. Baka may alam kayong info tungkol sa rims kasi iniisip ko baka ndi tama yung fit eh. well yung kukunin ko is 18" black chrome. may kasama ng rubber. eh naalala ko dati may nag post na minsan daw pag nagpalit ka ng rims sa fortuner medyo sumasayad yung wheel dun sa may gilid eh (or such). well kung may alam kayong info about custom rims in fortuner, especially about fitment guide sobrang laking tulong nun! ty comrades!

There's a Fortunerclub.Net sticker and there's the Fortuner Club Philippines sticker. Which one did you see?

The official Fortuner Club Philippines sticker has a 3-digit control number, eh. Did you get to see the number? For now, I think only one person has this sticker. Dadami na yan after the Saturday Fun Run.

from personal experience try to remain within the overall/stock size para hindi sumabit sa fender or something.

fortuner owners: what's km/liter of fortuner vvti vs. fortuner 2.5d4d?

Mine is 2.5 D4D. I get 10-11Km/L for mix city & highway use. If pure Highway I can get 12-12.5 Km/L.
