I was scheduled this coming week to replace my 6 year old tint at tint hub ortigas. Ano bang magandang combination ng vkool oem series? Ayoko naman ng masyadong dark kasi malabo ang mata ko.

Sure no problem. I read in the tint thread na OEM 5 and 20 daw yung maganda na tama lang ang pagka-dark. Kapag masyadong dark para sa akin yung sa windshield, baka ipa-visor ko na lang instead na buo.

yup okay na yang OEM 5 & 20. gamit ko ngayon OEM 5 sa side windows then OEM 20 naman sa rear windshield.

Sure no problem. I read in the tint thread na OEM 5 and 20 daw yung maganda na tama lang ang pagka-dark. Kapag masyadong dark para sa akin yung sa windshield, baka ipa-visor ko na lang instead na buo.

Bro okay yang combination na yan. OEM5 ako sa windows, 20 sa rear glass. Sa sides maninibago ka pero sanayan lang. Wala pa naman akong close calls dahil sa super black na sides ko. It greatly reduces glare pa btw from a-holes with sabog HIDs. Sa front 3M BC35 ang tint ko pero balak ko palitan ng OEM35. Ayoko talaga lagyan ng tint sa harap para maliwanag sa gabi kaso mainit eh hehe.

Text mo ako kung kailan ka naka-schedule. Try kita puntahan if my sched permits.

Any suggestions on what brand and type of tint I should get for my front windshield? I want something to shield from the sun but also clear during the night. Something with the balance. And also should I get an O'Sullee spring cushioners? Your opinion is very much appreciated. Thanks

RE Tint, 3M still works for me or VKool is now loud in the market, you may try it out too. O'Sullee will give you a soft, bouncy ride. The need to get one depends on ur ride condition.

Thanks for the quick reply. The reason I mentioned the O'Sullee is because I noticed the ride is a bit softer compared to the previous version. For some reason goin over road bumps(humps) may sabit eh. I was hoping the O' Sullee would cushion it. Does it work that way ba sir?

Ah no sir, it's the opposite. O'Sullee is made of rubber, it will give protection to your shocks and springs and will make it softer and therefore will give you a bouncier ride.

Most likely not because of its very elastic material.

YGSMS bro. Mukhang OEM 35 yung sa windshield, 20 sa rear tapos 5 sa sides ko. Nakita ko naman yung sayo, mukhang tolerable naman yung oem 5 sa sides. Mukhang aabutin ako dito ng hapon kasi 4 hours daw gagawin. 3M yung old tint ko kaya medyo mahirap tanggalin yung mga adhesive.

YGSMS bro. Mukhang OEM 35 yung sa windshield, 20 sa rear tapos 5 sa sides ko. Nakita ko naman yung sayo, mukhang tolerable naman yung oem 5 sa sides. Mukhang aabutin ako dito ng hapon kasi 4 hours daw gagawin. 3M yung old tint ko kaya medyo mahirap tanggalin yung mga adhesive.

4 hours din ginawa yung sa akin noon. Lumina (free casa tint) yung luma kong tint sabi nung installer. Maganda yan bro di ramdam init sa sides kapag OEM 5 hehe.

Napansin ko lang kapag iniikot yung steering wheel may tunog na tok tok. Pati yung mga taxi na sinakyan ko may parehas na tunog.

For replacement na rin pala yung clutch ko. Todo iyak wallet ko ngayon haha

yung tunog ba ay kapag ini-ikot ang manibela kahit hindi gumagalaw ang kotse? baka yung signal light canceller lang yan.. normal.
but if the sound comes on while turning, with the car moving, my wild guess would be the CV joint.
