I think they should have at least two safety categories.... One for crash prevention (ie. ADAS, ABS, TCS, ESC, AEB, etc.) and the 2nd for crash protection and survivability (ie. SRS, front/side impact and rollover protection, etc.)

I believe that was a deliberate decision to push manufacturers to include the safety tech as standard and not as an optional extra. They do still have separate ratings for passive protection (front/side/pole/rear crash performance) as well as pedestrian protection and driver aids within the report.

Yeah I don't like Global NCAP docking stars for not having ADAS. Looking at the crash itself the car's structure seems decently safe.
