i don't let my aircon get serviced, until it fails to cool anymore. it took more than 5 years for this to happen.
to clean the front cabin air filter, remove the right glove compartment by pushing the two swing corners inward. it takes a lot of effort to do this. and don't remove the tape covering the swivel joints. i-ingay yan pag matagtag ang daan if you do. once removed, feel for the rectangular filter cover. remove it by unlocking the latch. pull out the filter and clean it. either soft brush, soap or both. tapos ay ibalik mo ang lahat.
Actually part yan ng training ng mga SA to offer you more of their services para kumita ang casa, parang Jolibee lang yan na they will offer you apple pie or sundae
eto sir ang how to How to Change the Cabin Air Filter in a Toyota: 9 Steps
above procedure is similar to Innova, just follow steps 3-6. You can access the cabin filter by detaching first the Glove Compartment (press both sides to unlatch the side guides, you can actually use 2 screwdrivers for both-side to aid in pressing the sides)
BTW, washable po ang cabin filter, just soak it in a basin with diluted dish washing liquid for 10 minutes, then rinse with moderate water pressure with your garden hose, don't whisk to avoid damage and just let it sun dry.

sir lagpas 2years na yung battery ng innova 2.5 diesel namin, ano ba ang size at recommended model niyo?
even if not parked under direct sunlight, matagal talaga at hilaw yung lamig sa rear AC.
I had my 20K PMS last week and told my SA about my rear AC concern. After the oil change, the unit was brought inside the work area and apparently the aircon filter was cleaned as per the SA.
As of now, medyo ok na yung lamig unlike before.
One more question guys. Does the rear AC have a separate filter?

ok, i was able to fix the gas lid cover problem. tama nga si swanky. naging complicated lang kasi nahulog yung spring and stud sa ilalim kaya binaklas ko pa yung sidings ng innova just to reach it. magandi din pala tingnan yung last row seats taken out. malinis tingnan, hehe feeling SUV. for now 5 seater na muna innova ko, bihira lang gamitin yung 3rd row eh, madali naman ikabit ulit.
After less than 20K mileage, stock Yokohama Aspec seem to wear out unevenly and prematurely on the outer edge. Started to notice this near the >15K mileage mark. I have also seen this in other Innova with same tires on the road.
Anyone experiencing this?
