If you remember in this thread, there's a discussion on uneven front height for driver side and passenger side and the dealer's solution was to replacement rubber spacer in between the body and the ladder chassis.

Thanks Mile2. Yes, I remember the discussion. Do you know if a proper and taller rubber spacer can be sourced from Toyota or elsewhere? I reckon I need a 1 to 2 inch taller spacer to get the desired lift.

Not yet, maybe this week. Madali lang ba palitan ng bulb? I assume hindi naman kalas bumper?

    Good Day!

Ask ko lang po kung cover ng warranty yung shock absorber? Kasi mo may leak yung front shock ko sa passenger side.
My ride is toyota innova 2011 d4d m/t E variant. April 2014 pa po siya mag 3 years.

    Thanks po.

Covered ng warranty yan, nasa 4k each ata bnew nyan sa casa. Rear shocks are at 1k each. Insist that they replace both sides para pantay ang tigas. Ewan ko lang kung papayag sila.

    Thanks.
May procedure ba kung pano mag claim ng warranty? Dapat nga palitan nila pareho kc di pantay pag isa lang papalitan.
Sana pumawag ba both shocks will replaced.

    Thanks Again.

Actually papalitan lang nila yung sira, di sila magpapalit kung buo pa.

I just got around to installing an "AORTO" brand spare tire lock. Cranking the spare wheel chain is a b*tch. The crank keeps on slipping on the slot every 90º or so unless I apply pressure at the end of the crank (my palm still hurts!). Is there an aftermarket crank handle with the traditional "T" end like this one: http://webpages.charter.net/smizwhiz/tools.jpg
I can Imagine doing this in mid-day heat with a flat tire .

Reminds of my friend who owns a Nissan Urvan, he was trying to take out the spare tire underneath and continuous to have that slipping cranks. All the while he thought he was doing the right thing but he did not notice that the chuck end he was using was the square one - so it always slips out., it is suppose to be the hook end that is to be used as chuck key.

Innova also uses the hook end (?) to lower the spare tire.

    cheers!

Yes. I was using the hook end. It is a bit thick. I might try to pound it a little to make it slimmer .

ako I havent tried lowering the spare tire pa. I only checked how to unlock the spare tire lock (kinabit na kase yung lock upon release sa Toyota). Maybe I need to test it out.
