first of all, gusto ko po magpasalamat sa mga tumulong sakin sa pagbili ng Innova namin, sa mga inputs and suggestions na talagang nakatulong at nagbigay ng dagdag kaalaman sakin sa pagbili ng brand new car. maraming maraming salamat po mga masters na innova owner tsikoters. yun nga lang medyo nainis lang kasi yung MP namin, right before magpirmahan biglang may last minute na sinisingil samin, kesyo mali daw quote ng BPI sa chattel samin na may difference na 2000, tsaka 1650 na chattel processing fee. ayun binayaran nalang namin kesa masira ang mood namin pare pareho.hehehehe. btw ito po ang binayaran namin na initial cash out and monthly amortization, and freebies, palagay nyo po kaya good deal narin nakuha namin?

Sir, talagang maganda na nga 'yang nakuha mo. If my calculation is right, lumalabas na just a little more than P278k
lang ang tinubo ng loaned amount mo in 5yrs time. Looking at some in- house promos, the lowest interest I've seen
    is 36.xx% for a 5yr term.
The 29.51% is a steal. Congratulations! Buckle up and enjoy your ride.

5 yrs from now, you'll still be paying brand new price for an aging car.

Kasama daw yun sa harness pag binili and it will cost something like 4k each...hindi ko na matandaan ung saktong price. The harness includes the rubber tube and wires for the rear speakers, power window mechanism and locks.

I don't know if you have encountered this, early this morning I noticed that the stock HU isn't working. The only way to turn it on is to use the remote control of the HU provided. It works fine using the remote but it seems like all the buttons in the stock HU aren't working when you press it. Sira na ba stock HU? or may loose connection lang?

Verify ko lang, kasi I think I am missing something.

    Cost of vehicle = P1,197,000
    Downpayment = P 280,000
    Balance to pay = P 917,000

    Now monthly amortization for 36 months = P 25,475
    Total payment after 36 months = P 917,100

    Difference (Interest) = P 100

Parang too good to be true ito.....

    Tama ba?

Yes! 3.63% nga based on my calculations (based on a P1.165M... P280K Total Cash Out... P885K Loaned Amount...
P917K Total Amortization). He's roughly paying an interest amount of P10,700 per year. Pardon me for some minor
    miscalculations...
Actually, sir homhomnova posted his case while you were still "scouting" for better deals/dealers. It seems that you
"missed" his posts. I'm sure that you would have contacted him regarding that deal.

*homhomnova Yes, i feel sorry too (a little)... If sir blood_knight didn't miss your posts, he would have saved just a
little bit more. and really, for an in- house financing, the deal you've got is almost unbelievable. It's almost like halos
walang kinita ang SA mo. Hehehe.

Anyway, like I've said, your deal is not so bad.
ganyang mga "in- house promos". Just be
very very very careful with these "in- house" deals. Good morning and... Buckle Up!

Parang ganoon na nga sir. 'Yun eh kung ang Cost of Vehicle is P1,197,000.
So, i considered the Cost of Vehicle based on Dec. 2012 MSRP which is P1.165M.
    Medyo realistic...

Sa pagkakaalam ko sir ang SRP is 1,110,000 kasi Innova 2.0 G GAS A/T kay sir homhom. tsaka yung post nya na 1,197,000 is pinag add nya yung 36months amortization nya plus DP na 280,000. kaya he came up with 1,197,100.
