Tanong lang mga boss.
Our innova gas is due for an oil change. Change oil, oil filter and air filter lang ba o pati spark plug palitan din? Tsaka tutune up daw pag papalitan spark plugs.
20k kms pala ang mileage
TIA
question din regarding engine treatment and fuel treatment...
everytime I had my innova brought in for its regular pms, the dealer always put the treatments mentioned. They cost around 2k which makes up a good percentage of the overall pms cost.
talaga bang kailangan ang mga 'to? the dealer reasoned I can opt not to have them included but then subtly says that they help prevent clogs and whatnot on the fuel injectors, etc.
what do you think guys? di kaya pwede na sya every other pms nalang?
Change oil and oil filter definitely.
As for the air filter, don't take the casa's word for it. Double check by looking for the chart in the owner's manual, that indicates when is the right time to change it.
As for the spark plugs, when was the last time it was replaced by the casa ?
^^^ Sparks is 40KKm or 4 years(?) ang recommended.... I think it is the same as the air filter....

Our 08 Innova V has leather captain chair seats,- seldom used... What year is your Innova?
Looking for a possible swap,- will it be just plug and play for both vehicles, bros? Help me out with this, bros.
Also,- are you willing to spend to put leather seat cover on your second row of seat (just like the original ones that I have)?....
If we are in sync,- then we can discuss through PM....

Here's a quick guide that Casa recommends:
For every 20,000 KMS
- Change spark plug for copper plug Denso K20HR-U11
- Change Air Filter
- Check thickness of brake pads/rotors/brake drum
For every 40,000 KMS
- Change spark plug for copper plug Denso K20HR-U11
- Change Air Filter
- Check thickness of brake pads/rotors/brake drum
- Change all fluids (brake, power steering, coolant, transmission, differential)
Take NOTE:
1. No engine tuning and adjustment on the engine needed as indicated on the aluminum stamps on your engine bay. VVTI is self adjusting assisted by ECU.
2. VVTi is timing chain and not timing belt, no need for periodic replacement.

For Engine treatment, Fuel treatment, de-oxidizing etc, It all waste of money and unnecessary for new cars under warranty.
Never in my past warranty period that I availed these crap packages.
Thank you sa mga sumagot. Nagpachange oil at spark plugs lang.
Air filter pinabugahan ko lang muna. sabi naman ng SA oil filter at spark plug lang kelangan palitan. Air filter next time nalang daw, mga 30 k kms. Meaning next year pa. Hehehe

Pag nagpalit pala ng rack end, magpalit na rin kayo ng upper balljoint para isang baklasan lang. Siguradong palitin na rin ang upper ball joint pag loose na ang rack end.
Comparing 555 brand with OEM halos wala silang pagkakaiba. Been using the 555 brand for more than a year now so far so good. And with the price difference I don't mind replacing rack ends and upper ball joints every 2 years
natawa naman ako dito :DTire rotation 349.0
