hello fellow innova tsikoters, may konting question lang po regarding my new innova, i just purchase an innova e matic, bronze color for my wife and more than 1 week na po namin gamit, im very satisfied sa nakuha ko ang sarap patakbuhin and napaka gaan i drive,

question:

1. balak ko pa install ng alarm and back up sensor sa labas ng casa, napaka mahal kasi sa casa 12k plus quote sakin sa alarm and back up sensor, samantalang sa labas nasa less than 4k lang, alam ko po yung risk regarding sa warranty, may chance kaya na masira electrical ko? sirain ba electrical ng innova? its worth the risk kaya?

2. di po ako satisfied sa speakers ng innova e, balak ko palitan 4 speakers ng after market, may naka pag try naba palitan speaker nila? may improvement po ba pag pinalitan ko apat na speaker ko ng after market? may improvement kaya o minimal lang?

tama, headunit ang palitan mo sir. pag pinalitan mo yun, kahit stock speakers pa yan, ma sasatisfied ka pag nag palit ka headunit na pioneer. wag yung basta basta headunit lang, pioneer or alpine hehe. medyo pricey pero worth it naman eh.

I can answer only #1. I have mine installed one year ago, Novermber 2011 po. Sabay ko ipinakabit ang car alarm at backing sensor, it costs 4.3k and 1.5k respectively. Wala naman defect sa installation and both are working fine up to now. Need lang ay dapat magaling ang naginstall. Ganyan din ang worries ko nun pero naconvinced ako na pwede naman talaga sa labas magpainstall. Masyado kasi mahal sa casa eh. 10k+ or parang 12k nga din yata ang quote sa akin nun.

Okay naman ang Stock HU, if you have a G or V six speakers na yan. IMO, I'm satisfied with 6 speaker setup of G variant, I just added 4 bookshelf type BOSE speaker at the back for 3rd row passenger. Okay na sa akin ang base ng stock HU, di naman ako mahilig sa lagabog sound, mellow music lang okay na sa akin.

Hi guys, anybody from toyota here? may question po ako sa proseso ng pagpapalit ng windshield. Well two weeks ago, nabasag yung windshield ng innova. it's just a circular crack as big as a hockey pock. anyway, i've processed the insurance claim (bank insurance) and proceeded to toyota, paid my participation fee and have it scheduled for replacement. Now my question, how long does it normally take for toyota to do all the activities from ordering the new windshield and installation? Yung advise sa akin ng service advisor, 2 - 3 days ordering, then 3 - 4 days installation. Today is already the 3rd working day since and the only reply I could get is 'i'll call you back or system is down'... well, the guy never calls back to inform me at least that they are not ready. :-(

Are they really this hard to communicate with??? Sa mga taga- toyota, what other possible ways to speed things up? I am calling the marketing agent tomorrow as well.

Any reply from helpful toyota staffs/personnel will be much appreciated.

Actually replacements in any kind can be done in a day. Dapat lang sinugurado mo muna sa Service Advisor na available na ang material at personel before mo ipasok ang car mo. May LOA ka na ng insurance kaya next step ni SA ay orderin ang material.

in the past I have done 2 x gas tank replacements and multiple front shock absorbers and these are done within the done for 4-5 hours only.

nung nagpa change ako ng hood panel matagal din inabot ng 5days, bpi insurance naman saken 3days bago na approved
un nga tama si sir mile2 dapat nandun na materials para mabilis gawin,
ang hirap kasi ung SA dyan oo lang ng oo,

di ko sure sa mga insurance pero pwede yata mag claim ng cash basis, equivalent sa value ng wind shield mo, tapos pakabit ka na lang sa aquila glass, may barya ka pa.

depende din kase sa music mo yan eh, hehe. tulad ko gusto ko ma bass, kaya nagpa sounds ako . pinalitan ko separates yung sa harap, coaxials sa 2nd row speaker at subwoofer sa likod na 12 inches isang 4channel amplifier at isang mono amplifier para sa subwoofer ko. di ko pa lang nga napapalitan yung HU ko na stock eh, badtrip. mawawala kase steering wheel controls ko pag pinalitan ko na HU eh, sinusulit ko pa hehe.

gustong gusto ko na palitan ng pioneer yun eh. malakas yung saken kung sa malakas pero ibang iba ang tunog pag nagpalit ng pioneer headunit, gaganda yung tunog ng speakers lalo at yung bayo iba. :D pag kase naka pioneer ka, kahit stock speakers ok na ok lalo na sa G//V variant na may tweeter sa harap. :D

pero garantisado to, basta palit kayo HU na pioneer kahit stock speaker nyo ok na ok yun. :D

Good Afternoon mga ka Innova lalo na sa mga naka J variant.

Paano ang ginawa nyo nung nagpa install kayo ng rear speakers and central locks and alarm? un kasing rear doors natin walang harness(rubber tube) for wires. Tumawag ako kanina sa casa ang I was informed na wala daw binebentang ganong part, kasama raw un ng main harness. just wondering kung ano ang ginawa nyo kasi parang ang pangit tignan na may naka exposed na wire(even if it is covered with electrical tape).

HIndi ko naman pinasok agad kasi alam ko na oorderin pa ang parts..

pareho tayo BPI insurance din. Ang laki ng part. fee. yaiks! Di ko nakita to nung una ako nagpirma ng policy. Free kasi for one year at excited na rin makuha ang car.



by the way, I got good news. Finally the parts arrived at Toyota alabang. So bukas, ipapasok ko na ang car, tapos mag-jeep na lang pauwi. makapagbaon ng tuwalya sigurado mainit to bukas.

haha, wala din yung saken bro, walang ganun yung stock HU ng 2011 innova G eh, sa 2012 lang nagkaron ng USB hehe. :D yung stock speaker ko sa harap baka gusto mo bro? lagay mo pang 2nd row speaker.
