Kapag minalas-malas ka, baka magaya ka sa kumpare ko na sinundan at ginasgasan ang kotse sa parking. Lashing yong nakasalubong nya, eh ayaw nya mag low beam. Kargado kaya sorry sorry lang nasabi nya.

I refilled in Petron gas station (araneta ave. cor. e. rodriguez) yesterday night and after the refill, i was going down the concrete ramp from gas station to e. rodriguez and suddenly heard a kalabog. I check this morning to see what happened and noticed a slight damage in the front left eyelet (use for towing). Either there is something wrong with the slope of the ramp or the concrete road going down to the ramp is uneven thus hitting the eyelet. I was going slowly down the ramp during that time. Anyone had same experience like this? mataas naman Innova compared sa sedan hindi ko akalain na tatamaan din pala un.

nadalas yan. ako mismo, naka-ilan na.. but i think the towing ring is robust enough as to survive occasional banging.
i think we all make the same mistake of under-estimating the road..

+1... That's why one of the very first upgrades that i did even in my '07 Innova, and now with my 2012 is to install fog lamps... I also made it a point to have them installed in the dealership for peace of mind... I am not a fan of aftermarket bulbs... I have Platinum dark tint in my front windshield and i can still see clearly.

Toyota Makati sells it at 6,5k... Got it 5,850, 10% discount... Pinaka mura na sila coz I inquired at Global City, Otis and both are selling it at 7,5k... complete assembly na sya so plug and play na lang ika nga.

Makikita naman ang signs sa lumang pressure plate, clutch disc at bearing kung bakit nag-slide. You ca rule out the reason for the sliding on the marks/scores on the old parts. Kung clutch driver malalim na yung marka ng ng release bearing sa pressure plate fingers, kung nasunog naman ang clutch disk pad makikita din, kung nag-hazed yung pads dahil nilusong sa baha makikita din.

Aww.. nag price increase na kaagad sila. kanina nag inquire ako sabi sakin 7,899.99 both pasig and makati parehas price. both has no stock in their inventory. atleast one month waiting mag mag order.

Advisable po ba ipa repair lang RACK END, TIE ROD or ball joint? o dapat brand new na ang ipalit?

Anyone here tried replacing bearing ng tensioner pulley and Idler pulley?

i advise brand new parts for suspension repair. we don't want to know why they became spare parts in the first place.. or, we have no idea how much life they still have in them.
OEM versus independent.. that's a little more arguable. but many of us find the sardine brand acceptable na, cheaper pa than oem..
tensioner pulley, idler pulley? medyo bago pa ride ko.. perhaps in a few more years.

I Have tried this kind of repairs in my corolla. IMHO, you'll only get what you pay for. it will only last lessthan half of what replacement parts (555) do.

Very spacious down there so pretty much the biggest filter will do as long its the same thread.

This one is a fleetguard on 2.7 VVT-i Fortuner (same as the Innova Gas except that one is 2.0)

I've been doing some back reading, currently using baldwin BT223. I also have the B233 which I will use next. After that gusto ko i try gamitin ang much bigger Fleetguard LF3487 oil filter. Sir saan store kaya may available neto?

Mga ka-Innovers, tulong lang po... pano ba mag attach ng pix dito. Naatrasan ng anak ko ang isang malaking tipak ng bato at meron damage sa back bumper, right side. gusto ko sana i-attach dito kasi baka may idea kau if dapat ipasok sa kasa or sa labas ipaayos. Sa participation fee nlang kasi parang talo na... Salamat po sa mga suggestions at tulong..

palagay ko same case din po ito the time na lumabas 'yung '09 model. aminado naman ang OTIS na hindi ORIG ang ikakabit nila pero ang sabi nila same supplier din daw 'yun. plus nag bigay sila ng guarantee na hindi daw maninilaw. awa naman ng DIYOS hindi nanilaw 'yung fogs ko. ang napansin ko na difference, 'yung aftermarket walang toyota sa exterior lens (sorry d ko po alam tawag dun) unlike sa orig na FOG Lamp may naka lagay na toyota.

Madali lang kalasin ang rear tail lights.

1. open the rear door.
2. remove 2 nuts (visible when you open the rear door)
3. pull the tail light out.
4. pull the tail light wire sockets.
4. remove the bulb and let the water goes out of that opening.
5. seal the crack with epoxy or silicon. (don't use super glue, it will smear a white film on the reflector cover)

sir mile panu ba tangalin ung socket s tail light?...mdyo mhirap kc bunotin eh tsaka natatakot baka mamaya maputol ang wire...any tips po b sir kng panu matangal ng maayos ang socket ng tail lights?....
