isa rin sa inisip ko e parang hindi na toyota kung kelangan pa ng special tools....what if kinailangan magrepair ng brakes or magbleed ng brakes on the road, kelangan pa tumawag ng casa kung nagkataon.

btw, i was thinking of getting that mightyvac before...pero ngayon may nakita ako sa lazada. a cheaper version.

TNE quotation for 90k PMS of my Innova, including replacement of all fluids.

paying 29k was nuts, and even taking out all the non-essentials i would still have paid TNE around 12k.

Instead, I bought all the fluids and filter from TNE but brought the Innova to a local shop for service. All fluids cost me around 5.5k and labor from the shop was 1.5k so total damage, just 7k.

Note: I asked the SA if it was really a requirement to perform ATF dialysis and they said it was optional. Normally they just drain and fill even at the 80k service interval, unless there was something wrong with the tranny already. So ended up doing a drain and fill as well.

Don't know if it's just me, but in the last 5 years Toyota service has become expensive. 5 years ago Honda and Nissan service cost more. Now it seems Toyota has one of the highest rates.

I remember we spent 100k+ at Toyota C5 just for a pair of upper and lower arms. Nagmamadali lang kaya no choice.

At least the parts last much longer than Hyundai, which for me are near disposable.
