I have question lang po.. we have car loan in Toyota Financial Services. we have lass dues then there is one guy na pumunta sa house to full out the unit. then in 15days we need to settle the account. on the 13th day ill go in tfs to settle and redeem our car. but bottomly line they said that my car is missing and not in any of their laibilities. wala dw sknila ang sskya namin. but i tried to apply a new car in one of
toyota dealership in our province but the loan offcier said to the agent that i have a record of nahatakan na ng sasakyan kay tfs. ask ko lang po kung my ganito na po ba naka experience dto ng same sa nagyri sa car namin.

so you failed to pay on schedule.
then a guy came to your house and repossessed your car.
when you went to your casa to "settle the matter", the casa said they do not have your car... that they have no idea where it is.
but when you went to another dealership, this second dealership says that as per their records, you have a history of car repossession.
and you are now wondering, which dealership is telling the truth?

is it possible, that the guy who drove away with your car, was not acting in the interest of the legal re-possessor?

tfs fulled out my car and say within 15days settle the accnt.. on the 13th day nag
punta ako sa tfs to settle the accnt pero wala p dw mga docs ng sskyan ko sknila kaya ttwagan nlng ako within the day for them to check but walang tumawag, kinabukasan bumalik ulit ako sa tfs pero wala pdin update. after 2days i came again in their office(tfs) and one of the staff said na kakadating lang dw ng sskyan ko kaya nagreklamo na ako cause from the date of repossesion sept3, sept21 kkdating lng dw ng car ko. so i started complaining kaya lumabas na si collection head to confirm paano nagyari un. pero as he declare carnap dw sskyan ko at magpablatter ako sa brgy. wala dw watehouse nila ang sskyan ko or any legal department nila. but as per report nafull out naman na dw sskyan ko. kaya ipapa investigate nila pero til now wala sila uldate kng ano na nagyari.

i try to apply in other dealer pero ang purpose ko lang is para malaman ko kng my mag aappear na replevin or any surrender unit sa name ko. i try din sa other bank.. pero all banks decline me due to history of repossesion. so now im wondering how it happen, sabi ni toyota wala sknila ang sskyan ko pero bakit lumalabas sa record ng mga bank na my naka tag na history of repossesion under my name.

my feeling is, this guy somehow found out that your car was due for repossession, and he took it upon himself to repossess it... for himself... and not for the mortgagee.

i thinks he is not a dugu dugu gang. kasi paano nya nalaman na tfs namin yun niloan at ndi other banks, he has all the documents of our car. all the legal documents. and paano po mtatag sa record ng mga banks na nahatakan ako sasakyan kung hindi nila tao yun kumuha sa amin. anyway sir, i got my atty.and hoping for the good results.. or worst patulfo hehe para sa mabilisan aksyon.
