Agree ako diyan, siguro mas maganda gawing life imprisonment na lang ang pagnanakaw ng cars as well as their parts. Kung mag cause ng death, eventual rape of the driver or mutilation sa driver or its passengers eh death penalty na.

OT: if i remember right, na chop chop na yung pajero ni enrile dyan sa may pasig city nung nakita na ito (or what's left of it) and worse, wala atang nakulong. he ranted, he raved, he huffed and he puffed but still all for naught

pwede din ito i-compare sa car alarm, the theif will first find a car without it installed para manakawan agad..
even with car alarm, pwede pa din ma-carnap auto natin, pang-delay lang talaga at para ma-discourage lang mga small time na magnanakaw..

Yes, me and altec are presently using Senbel biodiesel on our rides. I'm on B1.8 while altec's on B1

observations:
- throttle response improved noticeably
- very smooth and effortless acceleration
- no audible engine strain during hard acceleration (i.e. with a very heavy right foot).

So far, now almost at the end of my second full tank with BD, my D4D seems to be taking it very well.
