I also traveled NLEX/SCTEX/TPLEX several times a week with those rims.

Travelled over 50,000 km, including very poor roads, high speed runs over 200 kph, and track days. The rims held up just fine. 😊

Since I can't start a thread yet, let me sneak into one of the posts here. I just want to say that this is the most useful platform to check for all things Altis, especially for new owners. And they say forums are super outdated already.

Not only for altises. I continue to learn things even if I'm already a 10 year forumer here[emoji6].

Guys, Im planning to upgrade to 11.5gen and 10th gen A/T user now for 3yrs na. I want to upgrade kasi magkaka carplan ako. The company wil give me 350k and the other 350k is zero interest. I travel from camp crame to pasay (moa) everyday at 35kms balikan. Morning 45 to 1hr lang but pauwi takes me almost 2hrs, on average. Edsa po ako all the way. 2 lang kami ni misis nakasakay everyday. Combined weight is 250lbs. Based from the FC meter nasa 7.7kms per liter ako using 95RON. No kids yet. I seldom go past 2k on my driving and easy on the brakes too. Sometimes pinapatay ko aircon hehe.

If i still choose altis, can i expect better fuel economy given the new CVT and dual vvti?

Hindi po ba mataas ang dashboard? Ive rode one and i find it too high di ko makita ang hood or sanayan lang?

Ive read somewhere mababa daw ang center cosole ng 11.5 gen?

Any other info would be appreciated.

FC is better with the CVT compared to the 4AT, but not by much. Expect around 0.5 km/L improvement given your route.

Dashboard is indeed higher. As a driver, you can raise your seat.

Center console is just like all other Altises, not too low.

Thanks sa reply sir. Napaisip ako, yung route ko is the most traffic part in metro manila. The pasay to boni serrano route.. Huhu. Less than 2hrs travel for a 17km route.. Pumapasok din kasi ako makati from pasay to fetch my wife.. 200pesos gas is what i consume everyday. Iniisip ko nalang is at least dalawa na kami dun so matipid if we talk about separate fare for the each of us.
Super babad talaga kami sa daan pag uwian na...

Pumapasok din kasi ako makati from pasay to fetch my wife.. 200pesos gas is what i consume everyday. whatever altis you choose, try the nagtahan or quiapo routes in the late afternoon or evening. you might find it faster than edsa.

My wife is working in makati... I have no choice but to bear the 2hr commute everyday. Only if she is on leave that I get take that route.
Altis is still the way to go.

Does the 11.5 gen 1.6V already has the 2DIN HU?
