napansin ko lang mabilis bumaba yong level ng fluid kasi nagtop up ako after my 1st trip to pangasinan, then balik ulit don. and dito na lang within the towns of laguna and naia ulit nagamit. kaya nacheck ko lang when nagloko na a week after. when i started the engine this morning after the battery was recharge for about 4 hrs yesterday, ok naman 1 click lang. inikot-ikot ko lang inside our village para magkarga pa then pacheck ko later this noon. alam ko me nagpalit na sa member dito ng battery di ko na lang marecall kelan and what particular brand ipinalit. thanks in advance for any info.![]()

hi jem's99 long time no hear. My replacement batt is Outlast maintenance free. May indicator siya sa itaas (am not sure with other batt pero helpful talaga sya for me) if I am not mistaken N40 or NS40 ata yung code nya or model:

Ngayon ko lang naalala itanong to. Bakit po ganun pag naka gear 1 or gear 2 ako, kahit nakatapak (steady) o hindi sa gas parang natitisod si vanzy? Lalo na pag galing sa stop. Pero di naman po lagi.
Ano po kaya ang problema nun? Since nun nakuha namin si vanzy ganun na sya. Kala ko kc normal lang kaya dedma lang. Or akala ko sa pagdridrive ko lang kaya ganun kaso kahit di ako nakatapak sa gas me instance pa rin na ganun sya.
Eto pa po isa, minsan parang ang ingay ng makina after sometime hihina na ang ingay.
Ganun din ba sa vanzy nyo?
Dapat ba sa umaga before umalis ng garahe eh paiinitin muna ang makina? Oks lang ba na bukas agad aircon pagka start sa umaga? Mga ilang minuto maiinit dapat?

yang pang tukod na yan, it will fail pag luma na. hindi na sya titiklop when you activate your wiper. result? gasgas ang windshield.

I think sobra lang sa pagka-release ang clutch mo. Kasi, there needs to be a delicate balance between releasing the clutch pedal and depressing the accelerator pedal. Pasasaan ba't ma-ma-master mo rin yan.

This is my approach: Start the engine, drive it slowly at low rpm's while the temperature is not at the normal operating level. I also max out the FANs with the compressor off to get rid of molds from the aircon ducts. Note that our rides have no built-in compressor switches, so we either have to turn the thermostat dial all the way counter-clockwise, or install a switch (which is what mod Shadow and I did -- actually, I merely converted the defogger switch -- I started a D-I-Y thread for that).
When the engine reaches the normal operating temperature, I turn the compressor on.
When I am close to my destination, I again turn the compressor off and max out the fans, and drive slowly at low rpm's so that the engine will cool down gradually.

I have the same problem pero sa 1st gear lang dati. Nakuha ko sa timpla ng clutch at tamang gear.
Sa umaga, wala ng akong warm up. Pag start, alis na kaagad sa garahe, pero hinay-hinay lang ang takbo. rpm ay less than 2,000. Pag malapit na ako sa main road sa labas ng village namin, (more than 2 km) on ko na ang fan, sara ang window at turn on ng compressor. Mga 1 km lang normal operating temp na ang water natin.
Pa uwi, pag pasok sa village, turn off the compressor. pag medyo umiinit na, turn off the san and open the window. Hinay hinay na rin ang takbo. SLEX ang daan ko so medyo mabilis ang takbo.
Sa office, pag nag papark na ako (mga ilan atras abante, masikip kasi), turn off ko muna ang compressor bago mag park. Nasa 5'th level up ang parking ko.
Hindi ako nag rev na makina bago patayin. Sayang lang ang gas. At hindi naman kailangan.

Same din with me, I suppose your vanzie is J. Our 1st gear ratio is greater than standard compact sedan (parang 2nd gear natin 1st gear sa sedan) that's why the speed of vehicle is so sensitve with engine RPM. Ramdam na ramdam ang pagpasok ng aircon compressor, pag nag engage ang clutch ng compressor biglang babagal ikot makina , pag release ng clutch bigla naman bibilis and so vehicle speed.
It happened to me with my previous car, buti nalang buo pa goma otherwise gasgas salamin. Regular dapat lubrication and dapat nilalaro kahit once a month.
Kanya kanya kasi taste ng mga tao, and di pa siguro sya sanay makakita ng sub-compact vehicle or maybe sedan lover sya, for me avanza is beautiful smaller than compact sedan even vios but can seat 7 people and very versatile.
Pag sedan lover ka wala apeal sayo AUV or MPV. Pangit talaga interior ng avanza pero sa J lang (kaya nga nag upgrade ako ng interior), yung G maganda, baka puro J lang tinitignan nya... Pakita ko nga yung E ko![]()
