May J model naka display sa TQA converted to autogas. They removed the 3rd row. They used a SGI kit from Macro (toyota authorized converter) Medyo pricey kasi casa, 65,000 IIRC.

I will convert my G to autogas, ipon lang muna.

Re. Dual aircon. For me, sayang naman ang dumadaloy na freon sa 2nd row aircon. So laging naka set ito sa 1. Is it better or not?

Toroid tank. Spare tire? I think a thing donut tire will suffice.

Re new threads.

    TIA.

Di ako naka log kahapon 2 pages kaagad. :D

Last week, I had to jumpstart my Avanza G after not using it for 5 days. Looks like my battery is busted.

Has anyone here experienced this? Or is this an isolated Avanza issue?

Baka may advice din kayo mga guru...I'm all ears.

    Cheers!
Baka po wala pang 1 yr yung avanza nyo pwede pang ipa-warranty yung battery

    Depende sa needs mo.

Pero kung mga 5 or less ang typical na sakay, better get the avanza. you do not need the space.

Pero kung kadalasan ay 8 or more, the APV is the better option. Or you can even consider an entry level Innova J.

I take your advice...
    sir,

ang feeler bulb o sensor ng aircon is usually located ont he return air stream of the A/C. so kung front blower lang ang uma-andar, mahihirapan niya ma-attain ang cut-off set point temperature kasi papalamigin niya ang buong cabin ng avanza. e, mag-isa lang siya gumagana at hindi tinutulungan ng second blower matagal bago niya ma-aatin ang set point. so, it means that it will take a long time for the conmpressor to work

To give you an idea what would fit at the back of the third row...here's a picture of a 10" Subwoofer which fits perfectly at the back of the avanza I suggest you to visit any BLADE outlet, so you can see the actual size of this 10" V12 subs to give you an idea on the physical size, in that case you can visualize the cabin capacity for that matter.

Ako nga din nun akala ko hindi kasya, kaya I opted to choose the smaller version (8" V12 Active Sub), but when i asked the installer to fit both the 10" and 8" before paying for them, kasyang-kasya pala yung 10" walang ka-alog alog para talagang sinukat para sa avanza kaya yung na lang ang kinuha ko...

My take on this is: Since cold air travels DOWNWARD and hot air goes UPWARDS, and not LATERALLY (going from front to back of cabin) and since selyado naman ang cabin natin, parang yung bandang harap lang talaga ang pinalalamig ng aircon... nakaharang pa ang katawan natin at ang mga front seats, so...

    My 2 cents...
