Yung ginawako solution mejo nakakatawa pero it works.
Ndi rin ako gumamit mga insecticide or baygon.
Solution ko: Pinabayaan ko lang naka park sa open parking ung car for 1 day, pero be sure na full sunlight. At siguro nman sa manila no problem w/ that at ung heat will kill those ants. Try mo lang kc it works for me.

Thanks for the feedback. My usual route going to the office is UP Village - Commonwealth Ave. - Batasan. So, laging against the traffic ang ruta ko. I average 10.5 to about 12 kms. per liter with the Lancer.
Anyway, I'm up for the 1000 km. check-up by the end of the month. I'll ask about the FC when I go to Toyota.
By the way, I already sent a PM to dfcsantos. Nag-reply na rin siya. Will just have to deposit my membership fee before I send him my details.
Thanks!

Maraming salamat sa pag-welcome! I'm looking forward to getting tips through this forum specially mga good deals sa mga accessories. So far, the only accessory I've installed are the side visors. Uunti-untiin ko siguro -- I'm thinking of getting a stepboard or roof rail soon.

January 13th, 2008 09:05 AM #6776Ya sadiq, tama ang sabi ni Marfin. sa oto ko noon, ganyan din nangyari. pina-initan ko lang, nawala ang langgam. Methink, they like the damp area sa ilalim ng carpet na lagi nababasa noon kasi me konting leak ang oto. Happy trip. Uwi ka ngayon, di ba? sayang di tayo kita.
Rafgar, ang sa akin FC is about 10.5 km lang, highway driving na iyan. Manila-Batangas, Calapan-Roxas, Caticlan-Iloilo. Total distance, around 465 kms, fuel consumed, about 41 liters. Car was loaded to the brim with abubots, with me and my wife sa front seat. A/C setting #3, unit is 1.5 G automatic. palagay ko, di nahataw masyado ito during its break-in period. kasi short distance driving lang si misis. Experiece ko ito with brand new cars, pagnahataw mo during its break-in period, maganda ang takbo niya later. mas mabilis kesa yung di nahataw.

Welcome to the forum! :D
My sister and wife's height is 5', they have no problems sitting down, no problems also in the driving position, but they have to move the seat forward and the back rest almost vertical to be comfortable.
Unlike in some sedans, petite women tend not to sit with their back on the back rest. Some needs a pillow to sit on and/or for their back.Last edited by meledson; January 13th, 2008 at 11:39 AM.

Welcome to the forum Jay-C7. I agree with meledson. Around 5'1" din ang wife ko and she has a comfortable driving position sa Avanza. Madali lang daw para sa kanya i-drive kasi mataas ang view niya. Minasdan ko na siya while on the driver's seat. Bagay din talaga sa woman driver ang size ng Avanza.
