siguro naman ay alam nating dalawang click ang pag-off. yung unang click ay off engine, but on accessories pa rin, like the radio.
very strange...
think hard po... did anything even remotely electrical, happen to the car at about the same time your radio learned to refuse going off? i am trying to look for a way by which your radio is getting its power, bypassing the mains...
what about your other accessories, like the cigarette lighter? the back-up light? do they function even with the key pulled off?
alam ko puedeng maglagay ng "windshield wax" like rain-x, rain clear, etc. para ma minimize yung ganyan. try mo din mga rubber conditioners like mother's VLR (vinyl, leather rubber).
Windshield wipers work by sweeping a rubber blade across the windshield as the wiper arm holds pressure on the blade. As with all rubber products, the natural oils in the rubber evaporate over time, leaving the material dry. If this happens to your wiper blades, they'll no longer sweep smoothly across the windshield, but will begin hoping and chattering across every time you use them. With a few moments of your time, however, you can stave off the chatter and maximize the lifespan of your wipers
