Hi Guys,

Goodevening. My problem ata sa Vios E ko.. kasi pag nilock ko sya using the remote alarm and tnry ko susiin yung trunk and driver door. It wont alarm. Dapat mag aalarm sya diba?

that would depend po, on the type of alarm/remote lock you have installed.
the more exotic ones will sound the alarm if it is not deactivated first before a key is inserted and turned. these will also probably lock automatically after some seconds.
the basic one is just a wireless lock- and unlocker. there is no alarm if the appropriate key is used even if it is not deactivated..

Kaka lock niyo lang ba using remote alarm bago niyo i open? Wait kayo 30 seconds. Then open niyo trunk using the key mag aalarm yan

Yes matagal na siyang nakalock tapus if u will use the physical key it wont alarm even if it's locked. Hindi ko pa naman lagi nachecheck ito. last time ko narinig mag alarm is nung december of 2014. Kasama ba sa warranty ito? gaanu ba katagal warranty

The stock security system should alarm if you lock the car using the remote keys then open the doors using the physical key. But, if you have previously overridden this feature by pressing the horn to stop the alarm sound, I think you need to start and drive your car first before the default behavior reverts back.

Tinest ko kasi ito nung new year kung kelan maingay. I lock my car using the remote key. Then sinusian ko sya physically, so nag alarm sya. After I got in, I pressed the horn 3x ata then the alarm sound went away and I was able to start the car. Afterwhich, I stopped the engine then closed the door, then locked the car again using the remote keys pero nung susian ko uli physically hindi na sya tumunog.

baka na deactivate TVSS alarm nyo sir. after locking using the remote, silipin nyo kung blinking yung alarm icon

Yes dapat mag aalarm. Pa warranty mo nalang sir.

Panlaban nila sa city. Upgraded HU. Pero parang hindi appealing tulad ng sa city.

Meron ata sa ilalim. May pipindutin para umangat yung hu at mag tilt tapos sa ilalim cd/dvd ata yun

Brought my Vios to Baguio yesterday. With 3 people on board, it had a hard time accelerating on the steep inclines of Kennon - I had to shift to L a lot of times to get good acceleration. And that's with the aircon off already.

I don't wanna mislead anyone though - for a 1.3, it's exactly what should be expected. I'm just used to the torque of a diesel, but if I had brought any other AT small car (City, Mirage, etc), I'd also feel the same lack of power.

FC wasn't so bad even with the awful traffic in Baguio (worse than EDSA rush hour) and the stressed engine on the uphills - got 12.6 km/L for the 500++ km trip.

Mukang lumang hu yun nirelease satin na dvd-avn. Yung unang version na nirelease sa malaysia nun 2013 pa. Theres a newer release for 2015 models.

meron po bang auto lock feature ung vios natin? like pag naiwan ng ilang minutes e mag lolock on it's own or pag umabot ng certain speed or biglang nag brake?
