    EVIDA LAW
I'm hoping they use the EVIDA law to slowly remove "coding" (which for me is not working)

maybe by 2030 more than half of private cars are hybrid na and "coding" will just be forgotten

just like the Clean Air Act... may nakikita pa ba kayong checkpoint for smoke belching?

Based on the law, the coding exemption stops by 2029/2030, depending om the IRR. I know it says the non fiscalnincentive is for 7 years from the implementation of law. Correct me if i am wrong though.

yes, 2030... pero by that time, siguro naman significant na number ng hybrids sa local roads.

Kapag exempted na ang Innova and (the rumored next gen) Vios... mapapagod din traffic enforcers sa kakasita... not unless hybrids get their own plate format.

no idea what they're called... pero I've been back in Manila for more than a year now... twice na akong naka-kita ng motorcycle checkpoint (para sa Honda, Yamaha and Suzuki) never pa akong nakaka-kita ng smoke belching checkpoint.

by law, yes. supposed to be LTO should issue the plate number with the marking whether hybrid or electric para di nga masita ng enforcer or NCAP pa.

What kind of pricing can we expect from the 2023 Toyota Innova? | TopGear PH

The 2.0 G retails for 419,000,000 Rupiahs, while the 2.0 V starts at 467,000,000 Rupiahs. Don’t be intimidated by the huge numbers, though. At the time of writing, the exchange rate for Indonesian Rupiah (Rp) to Philippine Peso sits at Rp1 to P0.0037. That means the entry-level Innova starts at P1,532,363, and the 2.0 V at P1,707,908 based on current rates. Of course, Philippine prices will vary and depend on local taxes and tariffs
the 2.0 G HV at 458,000,000 Rupiahs, which is roughly P1,674,993. Moving up to the 2.0 V HV, that’s 522,150,000 Rupiahs, or about P1,909,602. Last but not least, the top-spec 2.0 Q HV at 601,150,000 Rupiahs. Converted to local currency, you’re looking at approximately P2,198,520. Again, local prices can either be higher or lower than the ones seen in Indonesia.
