    .
First response nyan is the unit is somewhere far away from your location.
You're lucky if malapit ka lang sa location na ibabanggit ng seller.

Bakit daw mura, dahil binigay lang daw sa kanila yung unit ng client nilang abogado.
Since wala silang amount nilabas para ma acquire unit, kaya daw yan presyohan nila

Next step, if i check mo na, mag ask yan ng downpayment.
Usually, 20k muna para ma prioritize ka daw to check the unit due to dami daw interested.
Next is if maka down ka na, mag ask ulit yan ng 30k para ibigay nalang sayo yung unit at automatic ilakad yung transfer of ownership.

If di pa rin makuntento, mag ask ulit yan ng additional 20k dahil may bibilhin daw siyang lupa pang down.
Mag msg pa yan na di daw nya magagawang lokohin kayo dahil mabuti daw siyang tao.

    Hehehe.

Edit: Not sure if got it right but yung scammer price is 500k. Mukhang SRP-500k yung sayo, but try to check po if hindi eto same sa inooffer ng scammer ng 500k unit.
Mabuti na lang may Tsikot forums. Napaisip din ako when I read this thread what's the catch. Gimmick lang pala ng scammer ito...
    Marami na siguro naloko yan.

eh, dito pa lang, ay taas-kilay na.
firstly, why sell it for XXX, kung pag-aagawan yan at XXX + XX ?
secondly, ganyan na lang ibibigay nang lawyer ang sasakyan ?

ask where the vehicle may be seen, and whatever exotic address they say, counter with "huy! malapit kami diyan! puntahan amin mamaya!"
pag biglang may excuse, lantad na.

    heh heh.

gusto ko lang maliwanagan. are you referring to Hitman query?
kasi iba ang intindi ko sa tanong ni Hitman... less 500K sa orig price ang sabi nya. so, pag 2m ang orig price nya, bale 1.5m na lang ang selling price?
    tama ba Hitman?

As mention sa edit, I thought 500k price ng unit. SRP minus 500k pala.
    Baka legit tong kay Hitman.
For everyone's info nalang yung 500k price post ng car na too good to be true.
Dami na daw kasi nabiktima nyan, kaya be vigilant nalang.

Overpriced si jeepdoctor kasi may vlog na hehe. 500 lang binayaran ko sa locla auto shop for the scanning and 300 for the visual and noise check-up.

    Tama ka bro GA, SRP less 500K. It's a 2022 Fortuner Q.

It's still a relatively small price if the buyer is not a gearhead.

I'm no expert but I can tell well enough naman kung nagsasabi ng totoo yung odo compared to the overall condition of the vehicle. Yung kay jeepdoctor, mas conclusive lang and useful if you need an independent 3rd party to sort of certify the vehicle.

    personally,
i am willing to pay more, if i have the assurance that i am getting what it is i think i am getting.

i believe i know a bit more about cars than the average car buyer, but the excitement of the hunt always manages to cloud my judgement, during those exciting moments.
i certainly need an un-excited, knowledgeable, un-mind-clouded guide who will keep his mjind sharp and save me from myself, even as my judgement is dulled by the prospect of owning yon car..

It's a classic template ng mga scammer which usually goes like this (kahit anong scam):

    1. An apparently very good offer (to get your attention); and
    2. Put a great sense of urgency to act immediately (ex. units selling out fast, pinagaagawan ng potential buyers yung kotse- baka maunahan ka, etc.)

Yung #2 above ang main weapon ng scammer to bypass any reservations of caution sa mga victims nila.
