Ako sa Seaoil sa bungad ng Dr A Santos or sa Unioil lagpas intersection ng BF nagpapa gas. Dating Shell suki din ako [emoji23]

madami parin ayaw sa small brand gas stations (tingin nila masisira sasakyan nila)

ang thinking nila pag big brand di sila lolokohin

    that's the power of branding

even shell is importing refined products

baka same refineries in Asia galing ang fuel ng shell and other importers

Case in point jollibee, sino una dito nagsabi bulok burger diyan. Term ko malinis na angels burger.

May talent talaga ako hindi nabubulag sa brand.

yan kasi ang power ng branding

    tumatatak sa isip ng tao

kunwari a company that made a name for itself making good products in-house for many years

later on they no longer make their own products they outsourced to a contract manufacturer (less hassle, lower cost)

    the power of branding

Dito sa amin Shell din may pinakamataas na price among the big 3 at siyempre mas mababa pa yung small players.

Kaya sa Caltex or Petron ako nagpapa-fuel eh hehe.

    Ferrari kasi Shell fueled daw.

    yes, branding is very powerful.
lookit toyota. kahit palpak produkto, bebenta pa rin.
the competition can only gawk in envy.

at pag tinirik kayo dahil sa dirty fuel,
that memory remains, for a very long time.

"better safe than sorry", real or imagined, sells.

I have had the experience of filling up with some of the top 3 branded stations with not so good results. Eto ay nung naka-Mitsu Lancer EL pa ako. Not sure if it was my engine pero consistent na pag doon ako nagpakarga sa mga specific stations na ito eh ramdam ko ang slight knocking sounds. Kaya ever since bihira ako magpakarga sa kanila. I have been patronizing Zevron, SeaOil and UniOil for quite some time now with my 2003 and 2011 Altis pero wala naman akong naramdamang loss of power, knocking or anything that may be fuel related. Madalas pa nga na in my desire to calculate my fuel mileage eh down to empty bago ako magpakarga. So kung madumi ang kanilang fuel kahit papaano may maramdaman akong pagbabago. Yun lang, ever since na I've realized na di rin maganda etong ganitong practice especially for the fuel pump, bihira ko na paabutin ng empty before filling up.

Hehe.
Or baka napapasarap lang talaga silinyador kapag naka-blaze kasi swabe.

    actually,
    you are correct.
years ago, government commanded that automotive petroleum fuels be 'extended' using ethanol, even as "ethanol had less energy content than fossil fuel" .
    times were different, back then.

Kasi pre pandemic may gas allowance kami sa Petron Connecticut. Liters yung gas allownace hinid pesos.

First time ko makita yung brand, any feedbcack?

Lalangawin yan unless ibagsak presyo like uno. Kailangan magpakilala.
