I understand that a tired-looking station will give off an impression of poor standards, which is why I always push for our old stations to be renovated.

Basta just try to avoid stations na bahain and yung mga mukhang madungis yung mga tao. ☺

OT: pet peeve ko is yung mga sirang pump nozzles. it doesnt stop pag nag full tank na

Dito sa LPC,- sa may Naga Rd,- P35.40 per liter ang unleaded ng Shell,- approx the same price on the same variant of Petron.

    Diesel - P26.25 per liter.

If you still want cheaper fuel,- then drive a few meters away to Phoenix.....

but of course, I don't have to go there or even sa Fairview area (as one poster said earlier, sila ang may pinakamurang fuel sa Metro Manila) just to gas up.

dun na lang ako sa suking retailer na OK sa akin. (honestly, I go to Unioil [near my residence] and now, Phoenix [coming to or from work], para makarami ako ng fuel sa tank ng tsikot ko)

I always pass by Fairview but I never gassed up at those generic stations. We don't know where they source their fuel (it changes depending on who offers the lowest price), and their operating standards are obviously subpar.

If you want cheap fuel, Seaoil Fairview is the cheapest branded station in the area. Total Fairview is a bit more expensive but still cheaper than Shell and Petron.

Wala naman talagang halo, if you mean na may tubig yung produkto. Most likely galing din sa major oil companies produkto nila - from wholesale distributors of Petron/Shell/etc. Usually though, walang additives ang binibenta nila. Ang posibleng may tubig yung mga underground tank kasi hindi regularly chinicheck. Posible rin na hindi calibrated ang pumps kasi di naman pinupuna na DOE ang generic stations.
