50% agreeable, the rest of the 50% is debatable. They should have forseen this issue especially placing the entry and exit point of the underpass near one of the heavily used foot bridge in quezon avenue. Biggest test for this will be today on every end of the mass at sto domingo church. Aside from this, i also noticed some cars tends to the right to enter biak na bato street and battling their way with the PUJ while some pile up and occupanying 2 lanes at the u-turn slot. Mmda can easily correct this by prolonging the gutter/divider and close down the u-turn slot.

but if you have limited space and with existing structures to boot, theres not much a designer can do...they have to design and built it around the limitations, remove the PUVs and the design will be perfect

But still the we cant remove the mass transit system along quezon avenue for this underpass to be a sucessful project. This PUVs are like pest that cant be easily eliminated. The LRT1, LRT2 and MRT wasnt sucessful in eradicating the over numbered PUVs along their same routes taken.

It is possible if we have strict implementation of the law.

Pinag aralan yan ng Japan International Cooperating Agency and the University of the Philippines' National Center for Transportation Studies. Lastly, hindi ko maintindihan. Natayo ang proyekto at within the budget at medyo huli ng kaunti.

Totoo ba yung MRT 4 next yr mag uumpisa??

Dapat may barrier + chicken wire. Alam mo naman tayo, kahit may barrier, pilit parin lalabas para maka sakay agad. Tignan mo yung edsa ayala pag rush hour

Traffic from underpass all the way to Espana-Lacson intersection. And they haven't started construction of the Lacson flyover. Pass that OK going to Quiapo... The other side was smooth sailing all the way to QC circle.

Kapag ganyan,- dapat tanggalin ang U-turn slot... Puwedeng mag-cause iyan ng traffic.....
