Biggest test for this will be today on every end of the mass at sto domingo church. Aside from this, i also noticed some cars tends to the right to enter biak na bato street and battling their way with the PUJ while some pile up and occupanying 2 lanes at the u-turn slot. Mmda can easily correct this by prolonging the gutter/divider and close down the u-turn slot.

didnt they remove the foot bridge already and transfer it somewhere?

but if you have limited space and with existing structures to boot, theres not much a designer can do...they have to design and built it around the limitations, remove the PUVs and the design will be perfect
