2nd PMS (5,000 Kms.) for my Suzuki Ertiga:
PHP 1,905.00 inclusive of 4 liters SG0 5w-30, oil filter and car wash with vacuum.
3.5 liters lang ang engine oil capacity and you can take home the excess of .5 liter.

October 20th, 2018 11:09 PM #125Thanks for the info. I'm considering to go alternative (with genuine parts of course) after my warranty expires.
I feel the casa-mandated frequency is too... frequent. Even the owner's manual says twice a year (or approx. 7.5k kms) lang dapat, kahit for heavy / extreme use.
A shame, as Suzuki PH could use that fact to market the quality of its cars.

November 1st, 2018 12:53 AM #126Apparently Suzuki PH goes for Total too, mentioned in this old Inquirer article:
Tie-up with Total produces the perfect engine oil for the Suzuki’s vehicle lineup | Inquirer Business

November 1st, 2018 06:18 PM #130Suzuki gasoline motor is not sensitive when it comes to lube, just follow the recommended viscosity and API specs and you should be fine. The motor is not turbocharged or a diesel engine so nothing to worry with complicated oil formulation.
Total manufactures GM dexos2 oil. They also formulate Honda's idemitsu and Nissan/ Mitsu casa OEM oils.
