Stop and put it in neutral then engage to 4L there is a long beep sound that you will hear. 4L light indicator will turn on. This is for push button type.
I don't know if the same with gate type. You have to read your owner's manual

Old school 4x4 lang yung bumababa pa

Pag dis engage naman or from 4x4 to 4x2 stop, shift to neutral, then reverse, then atras mo ng mga 1-2 meters, then mamatay na 4L/4H indicating light it means nasa 4x2 mode ka na. Malalaman mo nasa 4x4 ka padin pag magbigat manenohin pag nasa paved road ka kasi naglalaban mga gulong lalo na pag lumiko ka.

Yung mga bagong SUV ngayon not sure with new jimny meron pushbutton di ka na kailangan mag neutral kahit umaandar ka puede ka mag shift 4x2(2H, 2L) to 4x4(4H, 4L) and v-v

2) Any suggestion on step ladder, my 6 yrs old daughter is having a hard time going up & down the car

sir, taonong lang po, di ba naka M/T tires kayo? ano po ang brand at size nun?
ginagamit niyo lang po ba yun pag nagte-trail kayo? or everyday use na rin?

ili-lift ko po kasi ang jimny ko sa january. nagiisip ako ng magandang tires.

Mahina talaga busina ng Jimny kasi 1pc lang sya. Pati original stereo nyan pangit din. :D

I got 2 step ladder from Ace hardware but using it for other purpose not for the child. I let them climb para ma practice hehehe.

Yes M/T tires na Jimny ko. I'm currently using SAVERO 235/70/R15
Pwede rin Federal medyo under size lang konti ang Federal.
Original plan is to use it only on trailing but since seldom using it on Hway nakakatamad na palitan.

yes after nakabitan, parang sasabit paginakyat sa bangketa.

Anyway nandyan na, maybe solution is pa lift & palitan ng big tire???

But, baka mataas naman for the kids,

Di lagyan ng 2 step ladder na sinasabi mo,

never ending cycle???
