Naisip ko lang, another good upgrade sa Jimny natin is the front rotor disc. Hindi pa yata ventilated disc yung sa atin. Maganda yung runstop to cool the rotors faster.

No prob sir. Ito latest FC ko after PMS with proper working ac compressor (last compressor wasnt turning off, naka on parati). 8.79km/l purely city driving. Light to moderate traffic conditions. Will continue to observe.
I usually load up with either unioil or seaoil 91.

October 31st, 2013 04:12 PM #1724I have to load up palagi with 95 octane, kasi with Petron 91 octane I often hear the tappets making noise...
Has anyone installed a free-flow muffler or bigger exhaust pipes on their Jimny? Does it help in any way with arangkada? With fuel consumption? Does the engine or timing need computerized recalibration if you modify the exhaust system?

October 31st, 2013 11:31 PM #1726Hi guys!
I just brought home a black 2013 Suzuki Jimny. My second car, from a Chevrolet Spark.
I applied yesterday for a loan and it was approved same day and I picked it up today hehe.
I have been reading posts here and I decided to buy the Jimny because:
1. It really looks good (Black)
2. It is reliable. I feel it can stay in our house for more than a decade.
3. Given the harsh condition of Metro roads right now, I need something like this for a ride lalo sa lubak. My mags in my old car palagi nagagasgasan, this time I think it's safer to say na makapal gulong (at pede pa kapalan given na may budget) for off road trips, and syempre sa baha at sa mga one to sawang lubak.
4. Not yet married, so sakto sakin to plus a few friends here and there.
I chose Jimny over the new vios and a honda civic FD second hand car, now I will test this muna and let you know, for now gustong gusto ko na palitan ang HORN neto kaso yung warranty. Tapos 1700 daw ang bosch sa Casa (wheels). San ba mas makakamura, hella / bosch will do. Pa help naman.
Yung mga nakabili lately, ang mga PMS nyo ba hindi libre ang OIL? Filter and spark plugs lang daw ang libre.
Thanks mga pre.

^as long as the replacement of the horn is done properly, i dont see any problem naman with the warranty.
Doc otep, the thread size of the nut for the wheel is 12x1.25 hanap nalang ako ng lock hehe

November 1st, 2013 04:38 PM #1729Hi larshell! Thanks sa response. San bumili brother mo? Sa wheels erod ako bumili eh. Sabi sakn yun before oo 20km free lahat pati oil pero may pinabasa sla sakin na memo last march na stop na yun at lahat ng pms nila e may bayad ang oil lang pero the rest free. More or less 4.5 L daw per pms.
Wala pang libreng car cover though may tire cover na kasama na this time.
