Had the A/C checked last Saturday. The compressor was making an unusual sound. The technician replaced the valves (pito), added oil in the compressor, and recharged freon. nawala yung sound from the compressor, but it goes back once in a while. The A/C is cold at night and when in motion. pag stop and go traffic then sunny, mejo mainit yung A/C.

Checked the fan and its working naman. what else should i check? also, is there a cabin filter for the 04 model? the exhaust fumes goes in the cabin pag stop and go traffic.

usually parang temporary fix lang yun sir.
mas ok palitan na mismo yung compressor, experienced that already.

Congrats sir... mahina talaga ata a/c ng jimny ganon din sakin pag tanghali tapat and heavy traffic medyo maiinit at pag nabilad ganon ata mga subcompact ganun din yung sa wife ko kia picanto.

You should check also tire rod end, bushing, wheel and knuckle bearing, oil leaks usually sa steering, check all liquid, if matic change ATF agad yung dialysis method.

will do PMS one of these days. pero will have the A/C checked again. hirap kasi gamitin lalo na pag lunch time. ang init hehe parang mas presko pa sa labas

ay sorry hehe. yup tama. maingay then parang tumitiktik na sound. una malamig pa pero after a while nawala na yung lamig, pero pag umaandar at nag gas ako. ok naman.

Denso meron sila pwedeng ipalit sa stock jimny compressor. Fabricate lang ng bracket para mai-position nang tama. I don't remember kung 18k yung brand new when I had one installed sa jimny ko some 2-3 years ago. 40+k ata yung sa casa. Malamig pa naman.
