Yes sir, it worked. I copied a navi file from my friend who own a mitsubishi. Learned that both of our head units were sourced from the same supplier.

You have an option to ask to change your cabin filter. But i guess it's part of their consumable items and is not covered by warranty.

An option for you, if you have time is to spray lysol on your outside vents. Turn off your recirculation and turn on your fan at full blast #4. Then, spray lysol on your air sucking vents. You'll find this vents when you pop your hood open. You'll hear fan sucking air vents. Spray directly a full can for 5 minutes.

You can also do this on your rear aircon. Directly spray at the back were the evaporators are exposed.

    * Avoid continuously turning "on" your recirculation button. Need fresh air coming from ourside to dispose those molds that you blower acquired. Suggest that you turn this off, a few kilometers on your destination.

Wouldn't suggest drill type roofrail. Might have some water leaks in the long run. But, it's your car. Your call.

You can go directly to a dealership&they will contact banks who can offer you terms depending on your credit worthiness. Halos same na siste sa bank o sa casa, my regular freebies pa sa casa&extra freebies depende sa agent. Visit/contact at least 3 different agents & try to get the best deals, pg labanin mo sila kng ano best n offer nila. Check mo autodeal.com, google mo po suzuki carmona, suzuki calamba

DO NOT go to an agent ... go directly to the bank, they offer lower interest rates ... agent will be much more expensive ... really expensive ...

That is if you will pay thru installment. The best way is to ask for quotes from both; thru agents and the banks, cash and installment basis. There are agents/dealerships who offer rates at par w banks to increase sales specially w the new excise tax in effect.

Try to get computations both from agents and from the bank directly, then compare. Keep in mind to add everything up (chattel mortgage, etc.) to see the total cost.

Hi doc..most of the online sellers are claiming they're using German leather eh sabi nila medyo presko daw compared to other leathers..sabi naman ng iba, mas ok ang cordoroy seat cover...ewan ko lang, pero ako kasi, yung free pa rin na seat cover gamit ko hehehe...

For me naman, kahit genuine leather, synthetic leather, etc. basta hindi kakapit ang dumi at simpleng punas ok na. So, i opted to dress the seats with leather.

Question lang mga sirs - did anyone tried changing their gear oil (for manual transmission). I read the manual, yes it is required around 40k kilometers if i can recall it right.

I've been driving my latest buy, a 2018 Suzuki Ertiga 1.4 GL AT, for a couple of days now.

Even though it's under multi-purpose vehicle (MPV), the feel on the road is "car like". Smooth and very quiet. Suzuki did great on the insulation = very minimal ambient noise. Very comfortable seats as well.

The engine gives decent acceleration though I notice a bit of sluggishness from 60 to 80 KPH during my NLEX drive going to Manila. I guess this is normal since it's still on its "break-in" stage. I just drove up to 110 KPH at almost 3,000 RPM.

So far so good, and this, IMHO, is far better than my previous Toyota Avanza.

    +1

One has to drive or ride one to compare but midsize sedans (Accord, Camry, Mazda6) or the bigger midsize crossovers (Explorer, CX9, Pilot) offer much, much better comfort than the usual compacts or subcompacts or subcompact MPVs/crossovers. Even the compact crossovers (Forester, CX5, CRV) are much more comfortable nowadays.
