Most 4x4s - yung tunay ha, hindo mga crv/rav4 types na suv - have a small turning radius, kaya compensate lang sa turns.

2. Ranges from 250-320k but i just got my 2nd one, a 96, for 176k
3. Yes, parts are easy to find
4. Very matibay ang 4x4s ng suzuki
5. Tunay na 4x4? Vitara, pajero, trooper, rover, samurai, jimny (maliit nga lang)

Hi Guys,

Am in the market for a used Vitara, my budget is around Php250,000, know anybody selling?

Also, what are the things that I should check for when buying a 1997-2000 model? May na testdrive kasi akong 97 model na may kumakalampag when shifted to 4H. Dunno what it was.

Know any good mechanic I can bring along with me to view Vitaras?

Ask lng ako ng advice kung anong engine oil ang ok? What I mean is anong brand ng fully synthetic oil ang mas ok na gamitin? Thanks!

Question to current (and former) Gen. 1 Vitara owners -- how does the Vitara's ride compare to an AUV (let's say a Toyota Revo or an Isuzu Crosswind)? Is it just the same, worse or better?

The stock set up rides like a REVO. I used Monroe shocks sa likod ng Vitara. Medyo stiff siya. No idea how it rides on KYB's.

i use enoc full syn sa vitara ko

i use KYB shocks gas type sa rear, then refilled(by Zee) shocks sa front. medyo matagtag din, due to the short wheel base.

kung compare sa old fx at sa old hilander, halos parehas lang sa tagtag. but with 4 adults riding nababawasan ang tagtag

dati monroe yung shocks ko sa vitara namin. matagtag
pinalitan ng OME. malaki improvement syempre.
pero parang mas confortable pa din ng konti yung crosswind xto ko.
