Maganda sana ang 2007 Impreza STI`s but since ikaw ang magiging 3rd owner na niyan ... mahirap na.

2008 STI`s aren't bad also. Pero try to haggle more siguro kahit sa flat 2M.

And make sure, hindi iyan nabaha. Delikado na.

Yung 07 is going for 1.680neg pero 3rd owner na ata, meron ako nakita sa Cebu naman, 07 din same price pero 1st own kaso to see the car eh pano? Thats the problem....sa picture mukhang sariwa yung nasa Cebu. Kesa yung andito sa Manila. Yung 08 naman, mukhang hindi binaha kasi napaandar at na test drive ko na.

i have seen only 1 07 sti nung nasa cebu pa ko last july. and if that was the blue mica then ang kinis talaga niya outside. never saw the inside kasi along the way ko lang yung nadadaanan before since commute ako

also 1 white 05/03 yata yun na sti that was also sold there on cebu with a price tag of 1.3m yun sa pagkakaalala ko

i cant comment anymore about the details nung blue sti 07 but yung exterior niya before was sure ang kinis. quote --> before, so ewan ko lang yung ngayon

But the one on Cebu was Gray metallic Sti07. I was really looking to buy the Black Sti08 here in Manila, but before I do so, I just want to make a research first kung meron nakakaalam ng history nito. Plate# TOY919. Does anybody knows here Re: sa Sti ni Vandolph Quizon? I wonder if this is the same car. Thanks guys!!! More POWER!!!

saw this car for sale at a banaue buy/sell place , mid 2008. no plates yet at that time
it was sold soon after
so from my account you would be the 3rd or 4th owner.

I got my hatch WRX a few months back. Before it reached 1600kms, I heard rattling noise sa engine. I brought it to MI for servicing and they found out that there's something wrong with the cylinder head. They changed the whole head and charged me nothing. Thank goodness. MI service didn't say anything as to what caused it, they just told me that they're going to investigate.

Did someone also experienced the same problem?

May jerk talaga ang AT when you stopped, then let go the brake pedal.
May Lancer CVT has that too. Civic FD has that too. Its normal.

I always thought CVT are designed not to have shift shocks or jerks

I'm doing my research on this car, and i've heard positive reviews about it..i'm just wondering kung ok lang ba na install ang turbo kit sa 2.0 sedan variant. mas mapapamahal ba ako or just get the 2.5WRX one. I'm more concerned with the FC of this model i think it only gets 5 km/L city driving. Hoping to be a proud owner soon.Thanks in advance.

Anong turbo kit yan? I am not aware of any that will work on the 2.0 DOHC AVCS engine... pls educate me. Papalit ka din ng internals? Palit ng IHE?

What guarantee that your Turbo'd 2.0 (if ever it works) will not consume the same amount, or perhaps it will be even worse.

For all the trouble, why not just get the 2008 WRX, if you can find one (actually a few are for sale now).

true and you'll lose the reliability of your car. plus kahit anong turbo pa yan it won't be as fast as the wrx and sti. so better if you get the wrx, you get more power, better handling and still reliable.

Thanks for the replies foresterx and arnoldc, i see, with your answers my question is very complicated, i was just wondering if it would work. does the wrx come with the 2.0L sedan variant? i like the looks of the sedan, and is this equipped with turbo already? i guess it would be more economical than the 2.5L one, i really admire this car and hope to own one soon, but fc is one of my major concern. the wrx is turbo'd already and it's a 2.5 engine, not sure though if MI would bring the sedan or hatch version of the wrx.

yes it's been done so many times, but even tuner's at other countries don't recommend it, lalo na if this is your daily driver. even if you turbo your impreza it still won't get as much hp as the wrx or sti has, just look at the speedlab dyno result on it's turbo'd impreza.

that's what i keep saying, not just the power, even the handling won't be the same. plus the impreza internal engine components won't last since it's not designed to be turbo'd.
