Turbo MB100? hehehe. Ssangyong does not manufacture the MB100 anymore, AFAIK. It was replaced by the Ssanyong Rodius Stavic.
Putting in a turbo on an MB100 is plausible since the non-turbo MB100 and the turbo intercooled Ssangyong Musso shared the same engine.

A 97CMC mb100 would cost aroung 280-300thou
98 CMC320-340thou and 99 mga 350thou up
Pag sangyong mas mahal yung ISTANA..swivelling seats and all kesa dun sa konti upuan...a 97 Istana sells 260-280.
I find the CMC engine smoother and has less noise in it.pero halos pareho lang ang ride.Malakas consumo sa diesel pero maluwag naman at marami maisasakay mo.you feel like you are driving a mini bus talaga!
Mahal ang piesa ng mb100..wheelbearing na pinalitan ko costs 3,800(kay FRONTE sa banaue ko binili)!Yung clutch and transmission ang problem areas nyan.Once na nag blow bye ang engine mahirapng ibalik sa katinuan...basta nakakailang MB na ako.I'd go for a starex anytime...mas type ko siya kesa sa hi ace.Just my 2 cents worth.

o nga sir otep un din alam ko eh, nacurious lang ako dun sa nagsabi nun. ska sir my alam ba kyo pwede mabilihan ng parts ng mb100 na cheap ang price? kc i have to replace my rack end,ball joint and tie rod..

malakas ba aircon ng mb100 compared sa nissan urvan?
malakas sir aircon ng mb100 ung samin kc sir khit tanghali tapat malakas pa rin ska ang gamit na freon e 134a na kya malakas na, ska it depends sguro kung ano model ng nissan urvan kc my nsakyan ako nun na urvan mdyo mahina ung aircon lalo na pag nasa last row ka sa likod,, ang blower kc ng mb100 e nsa kisame ng van,, siguro ung mga bago ngayon ng urvan ok na yun

Depende nga siguro sa Urvan. Yung Urvan Shuttle/Escapade 1986 vintage pa ata parang L300. Yung isang loop lang sa ibabaw ng ulo ng driver ang rear a/c vent. Hindi ko nga alam kung nakakarating sa row4 yun, eh. Sa Urvan Grand Estate, lahat ng rows may airvent na din.
Sa MB100, kada-upuan may sariling air vent. And and laki ng rear a/c unit akala mo pang-bahay. Medyo mahirap lang iservice, tanggal ang kalahati ng kisame sa likod para maibaba.
