Walang kagalosgalos ang mukha ni Pacman! Si Diaz parang sumubsob sa basag na bote ang mukhaIn fairness to Diaz, he's a good sport. He gave credit to Pacman naman during the interview.
malamang matuloy na sa ring ang insultuhan nila ni Valero.
That would be an interesting match-up. Valero's record stands at 24-0 (24 KOs)!.. Although sabi nga ni pacman yung 24 na yun puro tricycle drivers daw.![]()
Onga eh, astig yung Big Three talagang pinuntahan pa si Pacman sa dugout.. ayos.. Valero or Hatton? Who's next?
Spongee: Did you use your eyes/ears to watch the fight or is your comment just pure ignorance that you think Diaz was "mayabang" hehe.

I thought the match was poorly officiated. The referee could've stopped it earlier. Sobrang kawawa na si Diaz. Even Pacman seemed hesitant in some rounds to add to the clobbering. Ayan, subsob tuloy ang mukha sa canvass. And Pacman was indeed worried kung ok lang si Diaz, kaya nilapitan niya agad.
As for the next fight, sana wag muna si Hatton. Bullying style, and maraming gulang. Sana balikan niya si Marquez, and put an end to all the doubts. Patulugin na niya once and for all. Marquez could've (argueably) won in both of their encounters.
Problem is, Diaz has always fought like that, he'll just take punches until the final 3-4 rounds and hits back... While he was taking a lot of shots, his stance and movement shows no serious ill-effects, they were just mostly cuts.
imo the referee did ok. diaz was able to defend himself til the end. his legs were never wobbly nor did he seem out on his feet. i have seen fighters get beat up worse than that and still manage to win. had the referee stopped the fight earlier, i think the diaz camp would have protested. some people may even say that pacquiao's win was "controversial".
btw, did you see soto vs lorenzo? now that was POOR officiating. Joe Cortez is a tool.
i agree. he should get settled in at lightweight. JMM has nothing to offer pacquiao. he needs be fighting either campbell or casamayor to get himself a belt. if he manages to do that then he can call out pac again so we can have a lightweight unification bout...
July 6: Kendall Holt vs Ricardo Torres. Holt down twice Torres get hit with a headbutt then gets Koed all in the first round! Possibly the best round of the year.

World Boxing Council president Don Jose Sulaiman has indicated that the WBC board of governors is "very close" to making a decision to declare the super featherweight interim title fight between Humberto Soto and Francisco Lorenzo a no contest and to award the title to Soto.
The board of governors is scheduled to decide Thursday, with the only issue to be resolved being whether to award the title to Soto after he was disqualified by referee Joe Cortez in a decision. Sulaiman said Lorenzo was “ getting a beating and there was no foul” when Cortez disqualified Soto in the undercard of the Manny Pacquiao-David Diaz main event on June 28.
He also pointed out that Cortez looked like he was going to stop the fight twice but he did not.
Sulaiman hinted at the possibility that the WBC will name Soto the interim champion, allow him to have one voluntary defense since Lorenzo cannot fight again until December because of the bad beating he took and then order a rematch in case Soto retains his interim title
Sulaiman said the Nevada State Athletic Commission has given Lorenzo a “medical suspension until December”. Sulaiman revealed that Lorenzo had a broken nose, two bad cuts on his face and also a big cut inside his mouth.
Given this scenario Sulaiman, said he would wait for the voting before finalizing any decision. Ronnie Nathanielsz

Rafael Concepcion vs AJ Banal on July 26
17.06.08 - Rafael Concepcion is poised to emulate the proud accomplishments of his fellow Panamanian countrymen as he fights for the World Boxing Association super flyweight world Championship in Cebu City Philippines on July 26th..
Panama has a long history of boxing success with the likes of Hall of Famer Roberto “hands of stone” Duran to the current world champions Anselmo Moreno and Celestino Caballero.
Rafael “El Torito” Concepcion has dreamt of becoming world champion since he was a child and now on the 26th of July against the formidable AJ Banal of the Philippines, he will climb into the square ring to realize his dream.
El Torito (the little bull) started his professional journey on the 30th of August 2002 against Carlos Murillo who he stopped in 2 rounds, with only two blemishes on his record both of which have been avenged by knockout, Rafael has scaled the ratings to be in position to accept this title shot which was made vacant by Alexander Munoz as he failed in his bid to dethrone Christine Mijares.
Rafael will leave his home town of Panama City to head to New York to join fellow Panamanians and renowned trainers Hector Roca and Pedro Romero this weekend to resume his training at the world famous boxing institution Gleason’s gym in Brooklyn.
Rafael “El Torito” Concepcion is managed by Optimum Sports Agency who awaits his arrival into the US. “Rafael will surprise a lot of people on the 26th of next month, we are going into their country and fighting their champion, but we are also going to come away with the win” says Optimum’s Damon de Berry.
