buti na lang di mo napanood yun kay Banal. nakaka dismaya. AJ had the talent to beat Concepcion but he gased out. he was hitting him with combinations early on. concepcion, with his limited skills, kept on coming forward. AJ slowed down down as the fight went on and he eventually caught some body shots in the latter rounds. the punch that ko'd him did not even land flush. AJ refused to fight on because he probably knew that he didn't have anything left in the tank. Congrats to Concepcion, he just wanted it more.

i really didn't expect a ko from jmm. casamayor has fought the most powerful punchers in his division but has never been knocked out. jmm tagged him with accurately timed shots all night. the punch that knocked him down the first time hit him right on the button.

the other lightweight title bout between Nate Campbell and Joan Guzman was cancelled after Guzman failed to make weight.
