rashard's a great shooter, but what else can he do? marion's a beast... yeah, i'm sure they're looking at freeing up some cash but they're not even sure if the amare that'll be back is the same guy... if i really had to do it i wouldn't throw in barbosa, too much upside... never going to happen but if i was dallas i'd offer daniels&stack, even howard+stack for the matrix (then throw him at wade next year )

Big Ben sucks, he's so friggin overrated... He's a good defender yes, but having such a big offensive liability, I can't see why he's so sought after unless he plays along 2 or more great offensive players.

Marion is an all around stat stuffer, he won't create his own shots but he can shoot, rebound, block shots, play defense, basically an all star role player. Rashard can shoot, can create his own offense, but he lacks Marions all around ability on defense, and hustle. Plus I wouldn't touch Fortson, he's a headcase... he thinks the referee's have a grudge against him. He's fat, overweight, comes to play about once or twice a month. Barbosa is all upside, if Seattle gets Barbosa they'll gladly let Ridnour sign with another team.

as for marion, usually the trade rumor is already dead once it got out...imho i dont phoenix management would do anything right now...question mark on amare, draft picks, anything can happen...atleast they have a solid young core... who were 1 win shy of the finals

I think Phoenix is fine for at least the next 2-3 seasons as long as Nash holds up... If Boris does end up being a Pippen-like point-forward, then they need to have one more backup and a couple of hustling big men that can get a consistent 10-5 nightly off the bench para di malaspag si Amare at Kurt...

It'll be nice for Phoenix to add one more guy that slashes like Barbosa does.

If and when Amare returns to form, Phoenix will get to the conference finals again. It all depends on the health of Steve Nash.

The West powerhouses are still pretty much set... We can expect the Mavs, Spurs, Clips, Suns, Griz to be there again.. Denver will probably be there due to its division (unless they change the format), Lakers, Sacto, Houston (if Yao/TMac healthy), NO/OK, will be fighting for the last spots...

Sa East, other than Det, NJ and Miami, everybody else is questionable... Chicago, Indiana, Philly, Washington, Cleveland etc are too inconsistent... I can't see Cleveland being "safe" if LBJ is injured...

I wanna see Charlotte and NO do well next season, they have good teams IMO...

I believe they're strongly considering changing the format. Nuggets are a mess right now. Lakers will probobly hang around the 8th or 9th spot all season, Spurs will be motivated, Clips will be back in the playoff hunt, Mavs will regroup, reload and come back strong playing with a chip on their shoulders, in the end it will either be Mavs, Spurs or the Suns representing the West.
