Bad news for the Mavs, Nowitzki sprained his ankle he was able to finish the game, grabbed a crucial offensive rebound and hit 2 FTs for the lead. But his ankle is gonna be sore he twisted it pretty bad.

Actually... Kobe was trying to distribute... at least, that's the excuse.

The Lakers stink... Kobe just needs to get consistent. Oh well.

Shape up, Spurs! If you can't win with Nowitzki on a bad ankle, you'll deserve to get eliminated!

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

Kobe is consistent, his teammates? well thats another story

I wanna see a Miami Heat - Detroit Pistons conference final, its gonna be a war.

Lebron dominated the 4th Quarter, but I don't see the Pistons losing this war.

The piston 5 are too good and too experienced for the Cavs... pero i would not mind a 6 or 7th game sarap manood ng playoffs hehehe.

Parang Bad boys 2, i remember when the pistons eliminated jordan and bulls for 3 straight playoffs in the late 80's

re sa article link Kimps, I have to agree with the writter when he compared Kobe and Lebron. Kobe just disappeared in the 2nd half, Lebron kept on battling until he found his groove. Altho Kobe made a lot of clutch baskets in his career, that 2nd half performance against the Suns raises some red flags

Hi I'm new here .....pardon the interruption guys....I just like the flow of the conversation...so I think both Kobe and Jordan are the best during their primes...just like Wilt and Shaq are best of their primes. Ang mahirap lang malaman ay hanggang kelan prime ni Kobe? He's still peaking....unlike Shaq who is now starting to slow down....And apologies to Lebron fans out there, but Lebron still has a lot to prove....he doesn't fit yet in a Jordan-Kobe conversation...pwede pa siya sa Wade-Lebron-Carmelo comparisons.......peace!

Eismann: May Kobe Vs. MJ thread here hehe...

Conclusion, just like any sport, it's IMPOSSIBLE to compare players of different era because of too many factors like opponent strength, motives (more money involved these days), talent around the player involved etc. etc...

But Kobe still has a lot to prove as well in terms of being a winner... He won championships alongside the most dominant player in recent history (Shaq)...

Kobe is a scoring machine and a tenacious scorer that craves the limelight... Once the limelight is gone, he doesn't seem to give a crap about the team or anything else for that matter. This could've been his defining season, the season he shows what he can be as a leader of a young, mediocre team, but what did he do on his last game of the season... That's not a player any coach would want to lead a team.

I'm no Kobe hater, but Kobe lovers are blindsided by his shortcomings.

... and the fact that Lebron is only on his 3rd season, and proving again and again that he is the total package player that Kobe isn't at Kobe's prime (or near prime) speaks volumes...

You mention Wade... Hmm, I think a lot of people will compare KB8 unfavorably with Wade as well.

When you think of guys like Iverson, Garnett (same era as Kobe), you think of a never-say-die, take-one-for-the-team players... Somehow, I can't seem to recall Kobe duking it out on a losing cause...

Pride can kill so much of your positive side... Kobe is an unbelievable talent, offensively, defensively, he's hard to match... But none of those will matter in Bball since you have to play well with 4 other guys on the court, and mesh with 12-15 other guys off the court.

.sayang nga lang at hindi nag abot ang lakas at galing ng mga katawan nila ,para mas maganda sana comparison natin

teka ilan ba ang age gap ni kobe at Lbj?
