Hinde ba nakalaan na yun pambayad ng mga Utilities dapat?

Ayaw ko lang talaga ng mga free pass kung hinde naman kaialangan.

Tuloy pa rin naman yun sweldo at least for most employees.

Bakit nanaman ipapasa sa mga businesses kulang pa ba yun na tulong nila?

Sa mga no work no pay pwede siguri pero for regular employees. I don't agree.

Yun ginawa ngayon na extended ang due date that's more than enough.

Or pwede nila gawin para hinde ma patong patong babayaran pag lift ng lockdown eh spread nila to 6 months yun dapat na bill ngayon lockdown pero dapat pa rin bayaran kung ano nagamit.

i get your point bro, kaso youre either upper middle class or probably higher. yes nakalaan lahat ng pambayad, infact we called meralco to confirm how much we owed for march 2020 to be paid once we get the paper bill, paid all my cc bills online narin, pldt paid narin since alam ko naman amount nun monthly, dinoble ko narin sa manila water.

From what I understand sa post eh sagot ng gov't kasi instead of cash support. Para mabilis at efficient lang ang help.

At least charge sa gov't siguro yung average cost before ECQ, para hindi prone sa abuse.

Why the US has the world's highest number of Covid-19 deaths

China have already informed the US CDC about the corona virus as early as Jan 3, but Trump didn’t do anything about it.
Dr. Anthony Fauci says that human-to-human transmission of COVID-19 diseases erupted in China in mid-December, yet the communist regime told the U.S. and the world that the virus was only transmitted animal-to-human.

Dr. Fauci, an influential member of President Trump’s coronavirus task force, told the Fox News show “Watters’ World” over the weekend that as the disease spread to more people in mid-January in Wuhan and the surrounding Hubei province, the Chinese government said that human contagion was minimal, a fact that shaped for weeks the outside world’s sense of the danger and the appropriate response.

Both assertions were “clearly not correct … that was misinformation right from the beginning,” he said.

COVID-19 was, in fact, a highly contagious and deadly disease.

“Early on we did not get correct information, and the incorrect information was propagated right from the beginning,” Dr. Fauci said.

Do it after the fact. End the credits the month you announce it.
Just credit the amount in their bill.
No chance of abuse. We'll be happy.

Yes or maybe a 50% discount of our current billing. The point is help ease the burden of the middle class. Government in return can find ways to repay back utility provider.

A Chinese research paper showing that the novel coronavirus had come from a Wuhan biolab and not from the bats sold at the Wuhan market had been censored by communist authorities and pulled out of online publication, according to American China expert and author Steven Mosher.

Written by Botao Xiao and Lei Xiao from the state-run South China University of Technology, the paper titled “The Possible Origins of the 2019-n-CoV coronavirus” confirmed that the China virus came from an animal known as the intermediate horseshoe bats, as alleged by communist authorities who said that bats were being sold in the Wuhan market.

But the researchers said the virus couldn’t have come from the Wuhan market, wrote Mosher in an April 2 article on LifeSite News.

“First, they point out there are no known colonies of this species of bat within 90 kilometers—that’s 56 miles—of Wuhan. Second, they diligently interviewed 59 people with connections to Wuhan and each and everyone confirmed there were no [horseshoe bats] being sold there.”

Mosher says authors of “The Possible Origins” paper traced the virus to two Wuhan institutes.

“We screened the area around the seafood market and identified two laboratories conducting research on bat coronavirus,” the researchers said. “Within 280 meters from the market, there was the Wuhan Center for Disease Control and Prevention (WHCDC). WHCDC hosted animals in laboratories for research purposes, one of which was specialized in pathogens collection and identification.”

Seven miles away, the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) was also conducting research on the same bats, they added.

China has imposed restrictions on the publication of academic research on the origins of the novel coronavirus, according to a central government directive and online notices published by two Chinese universities, that have since been removed from the web.

Under the new policy, all academic papers on Covid-19 will be subject to extra vetting before being submitted for publication. Studies on the origin of the virus will receive extra scrutiny and must be approved by central government officials, according to the now-deleted posts.

is this the basis for that earlier post, that blacks were being banned from a fastfood joint ?
without this explanation, the banning would seem out-and-out racism.

They are being kicked out into the streets. This is in reaction to the statement made by du30’s bf Xi warning his citizens that a 2nd wave may hit China, the infection coming from foreigners coming in. There was this article also that said 90% of those infections came from returning Chinese nationals.

But all travellers from foreign countries are already subject to 15day quarantine upon arrival. So they won’t infect the locals.
