Hiroshima and Nagasaki were actually safe to enter just 24 hours from the blast. The whole nuclear scare of nuclear winter and every life on earth dying due to radiation are just not founded on actual data from the hundreds of nuclear tests done in the 40s all the way to the 70s. UPDATES: As of 4:00PM today, the Department of Health reports 128 new cases (PH1,419-1,546) of COVID-19. The total number of cases in the country is now at 1,546.
DOH also reports 7 additional deaths, which brings the total number of deaths to 78.

DENNIS Garcia, CEO and chairman of Vivant Corporation, passed away on Saturday, March 28, 2020, due to complications related to coronavirus disease (Covid-19).
He was 70 years old and had prior respiratory health issues, specifically emphysema. He had history of travel to Manila on January 24-27, 2020.
Garcia was hospitalized at Cebu Doctor’s University Hospital on Wednesday, March 25, where he was tested for Covid-19.
Positive confirmation of Covid-19 came on Saturday, March 28, but he died at 6:38 p.m.
