Pwede ba kung wala kang symptons mag volunteer ka pa check? Will they give you document or proof na wala kang covid-19 after testing if negative?

AFAIK, you must first be considered a PUI (suspected case), and if you satisfy certain conditions, then your doctor will recommend you for testing, sir. Only then will you be tested. It's not like you just go to your doctor and ask to be tested, pronto. I may be wrong, but that's what I read too.

Well, the data will be skewed if that happens though.

And that is 1 test kit less for those who are "really" high risk.

Maybe you can fake that part (travel history, etc.), but the doctor will perform certain initial diagnostic tests on you (blood tests, Xrays, CT scans, etc, i think, and at your expense) and if those tests warrant a further test to COVID19, only then will you be recommended. You can't fake the results of those. Maybe, unless the doctor is your relative. <joke>
