Dr Gap Legaspi, the present Med Dir seems older than him but their main difference is, Gap is actively practicing (a neuro surgeon who chooses to operate at 2 or 3am).

if the virus (new variants) is the only thing to consider dapat 21 days ang quarantine

meron kasi financial aspect the gov't can't afford 14 day quarantine daw (at the same time nagrereklamo mga naka-quarantine)

but for experts 7 days is too short

so you have those things pushing & pulling

even by gold standard PCR

pag ang pasahero nahawa sa eroplano, pag land ng eroplano i-swab mo mag ne-negative yan

days into quarantine doon lang magkakaroon ng enough viral load for PCR to detect

so gov't won't swab upon landing nalang

7 days into quarantine nalang i-swab

pero even with best effort, meron at meron makakalusot
