ako trip ko talaga tung Casio Protrek watch ever since. Specifically protrek 40t. Kaso mahal pa rin dito. hayz.

tags are overpriced! 70k for a quartz watch!? since i got hooked on watches i would not spend more than 20k for a piece of circuit board. now mech watches on the other hand are just simply beautiful, i could just stare at the back of my Oris the whole day! im looking for low profile brands that have great movements. if im going to spend 70k on a watch i want to make sure that watch is worth 70k and not because the brand is passing on their marketing cost to the consumers

Well the reality is unless its like a Swatch or a low end brand all watches are overpriced. Kung ganun lang naman bumili na lang tayo ng replicas... But watches are pieces of jewelry din more than just a timepiece so I think people are buying into that too... And yeah of course the brand recognition adds up to the cost too...
