I gave Metro Last Light a second go and liked it. Now, I'll give STALKER: Call of Pripyat a 3rd go. Metro Last Light felt well-polished with lots of eye candy though. Call of Pripyat doesn't feel optimized. Such low framerates and not much to show why, not to mention the screen movement lurches every now and then. But, I'll try it again, anyway.

I love the nights in STALKER: Call of Pripyat.

Finished STALKER: Call of Pripyat on the desktop PC. Started the game over on the laptop. Just as flaky on Intel hardware as it is on AMD.
