A/C contractor (he's cheapest I found, PM me if you want his details for a possible quote) recommended Daikin over Mitsubishi

Mas mura yung Mitsubishi and outdoor unit was smaller, kaso Daikin uses the newer R12 gas which is also more efficient.

Multi-split Mitsubishi (I think 3 times na kami nagpalit in the past) gamit namin for the longest time so first time using an A/C without "windfree/3D air," medyo may adjustment period pa for indoor parties (pinapatay nung A/C yung candles ng cake)

Kahit walang "windfree/3D air" si Daikin, some positives...
- quiet mode - para di maingay si outdoor unit (kung gusto gamitin yung balcony for yosi break)
- motion detect - mag adjust 2degrees higher yung thermostat kapag walang movement na nadetect si A/C
